    Rechaza ac llc. was inept at repairing my AC. They only needed to replace the blower motor but some how disabled the ability to turn on just the fan from the thermostat. A second repair person was dispatched to correct the fan problem and after he fixed that the ability to engage the heat option of the unit was non-existent. Unsure which repair person disable this function. After almost a month I have been unable to get a tech to come out and fix what appears to be a broken wire to the spark electrode to ignite the gas to produce heat. Rechaza was contracted through Choice Home Warranty who fail to help resolve the issue except for calling Rechaza but Rechaza will not follow through with a repair visit. CHW claims they have no influence to get them to fix my HVAC. Rechaza, for the last 30 days has claimed they will send someone but never does send a tech.
