    Christian brothers were great!!On time and techs worked hard solving our plumbing issues which were disastrous. Problem was repaired, and we have had no further issues. Thank you for a job well done!

    We had no idea how to unlock our thermostat from a/c to heat after multiple novice attempts by us. **** came out quickly and expertly found the solution that provided a very comfy heat temp at night! Thanks ****, you were very professional, friendly and instructed us how to avoid this in the future!

    Made an appointment to fix a water leak. When they arrived they wanted to sell us a service plan for $139/month. We said we were not interested. They looked at job briefly - 5 minutes and said it would cost $938. Man of our house used to do this type of work before retirement and a bad back and felt the price was way too high. So we were charged $49.50 for them to come out and look at the job. We won't call them again! Their ROC #******, ******.

    We are very sorry to hear you felt this way after our service call, we never want to leave anyone with a bad impression. Our technicians give pricing based off of a flat rate per task that is built off of a national average. If you feel that is way too high I understand and that is why we give our customer the "option" to do business with us. I'm sorry that we weren't able to give you 5-star service we would have done our best for you.

    Terrible Management! Do not uses Christian Brothers unless you want to be ripped off. This company did what should have been a simple water leak repair BUT they never did a water leak detection they just guessed where the leak was in the vicinity of the leak. They charged thousand of dollars but did not fix the leak. When we call them back they suddenly has all these other issue that needed attention all BS. Like saying we needed piping, a new water heater on a unit just 7 years old etc., and gave us a big for over 10k We used a different company and had the original small original leak fixed. When we told them they never fixed the leak and requested a refund they claimed there must have been two leaks, claiming there where two leaks in the exact same pipe, same place, and same wall which really means their guessing was incorrect in the first place. Save you money and time and use a different company.

    We want to apologize to you formally here in response to your review, Christian Brothers does not intend to operate like that and we never want to give someone that impression. When we had fixed the original leak there were no signs of any other leaks at that time, we even had another tech out to the home about 5 days after to perform a small toilet repair for the customer and there was no leak at that time either. We did not get a call from the tenant until almost 30 days later saying there was another leak. Indicating it was a separate leak from the original repair. These pipes are all the same age so a leak in one area may lead to another leak along the same pipe which is why we gave options to fully reroute that water line. We always like to give options to customers to avoid issues like this and we were also under the impression that is what the homeowner wanted. All contact with the homeowner was only over the phone as he lives out of state and was never on site throughout this process. We also tried to come back to remedy the situation and the homeowner refused. We really do try to do the right thing we have been in business over 45 years and never want to do wrong by our customers. Christian Brothers does stand by our work and our word and we really are sorry we werent able to give you a 5 star experience.

    I dont see how living out of state has anything to do with this job a family member and their children live at the house and where fully able to represent the home and they sent me multiple videos and photos all the work, drywall removal and nonrepaired holes in the walls.The fact remains that you just guessed where the leak was after you drained the pipes and did you work it stopped for a few days but it returned to the exact same location. It took a few days for the water to re-saturate and build back up as it was a very small drip leak so its understandable that it was not noticed right away.The original repair was $4,018.88 after you finished the job the wall damage repairs cost us a further $1,200 with a different vender. Please note I believe the return visit you mention 5 days later was due to the fact your guy had forgot to turn the toiled back on. The correct way to discover the leak was to have used a leak detection system which you did not do as a company in business for 45 years one would presume you would use best business practices as the only way to find a leak but you just guessed. Now the only way to prove there is no leak in the area you worked on is to re-open the walls and reconnect the old pipe re charge the system and do a leak detection test but we dont know for sure that your tech didnt cause any further damage when he performed the disconnect. As discussed with you we were willing to do this just as long as there was an independent 3rd party company there to evaluate the inspection you did not accept this. Your solution the remedy the situation was quoted out at $15,305.00 and I personally believe it was submitted this high because we are out of state.It was at this point we hired a different company who performed a leak detection test found the original leak and fixed the issue for less than $2,500 We then asked you for a refund and you asked to go out to the house again which you did and just looked at the house and then said you would not issue any refund that you stand by your work Hence this review.We will never work with Christian Brothers again and will be telling all our friends in ********** to never do the same.
