    I ordered a custom necklace from this company on 11/25/23 for a Christmas gift for my daughter. The website estimated to ship by 3-4 weeks. I did not receive my order initially until 1/2/24 and my order was not correct. I reached out on 1/3/24 to ask for resolution. I was told via email by Charmbox that they would provide a return label and they would fix the item and return to me. I reached back out to Charmbox on 1/11/24 to inquire about the turnaround time for this item since it was a Christmas present that this process of them fixing the order and replacing it would be 5 business days. I requested a tracking number on 1/29/24 and Charmbox could not provide the tracking, stating "Repairs do take some time." I have reached out to them via email on 2/13/24 and 2/22/24 and requested a refund with no response. I still have not received a response or the correct item that was suppose to be for a Christmas gift and I'm just tired of dealing with this situation and this company. I just want my money back at this point.
