    Place an order on November 27th they said it would be 5 weeks before its delivered. On January 1st I got a **** tracking number . When I clicked into the tracking number it was only the shipping label created no box dropped off for delivery. I waited a few days because it was the holiday. After a week went by, I emailed the customer service **** through the website. Nobody never responded. I tried to go back after a few days to send another email through the website. Now the website is down and with a message stating, "Store will be back on 1/15/25" Today is now 1/15/25 and the website is still down. Now I have to dispute this charge with my bank. I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

    Placed order in October. It is currently December and I have yet to receive a missing item. I filed a complaint regarding the order immediately, till this day no response. I even went as for to reach out to them through social media, still no response. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
