      Do not believe that they will ever honor the 10 year warranty. They will look for loopholes and say whatever they want to deny a claim. My mattress is sagging. The dips are so obvious from the sides. I measured with the string test. The manager looked at the cm and mm side of the ruler, vs. the inch side, and said my photos were inconsistent. I'm having back pain and it's totally unsupportive, but they will not honor the warranty. He mentioned numerous times that my mattress was 9 years old. Forgive me, but I think 9 is less than 10, so why is that relevant? Maybe they shouldn't offer a warranty, since that would reflect what they actually do with claims.

      Do not purchase anything. This company is a scam and the quality of their products is very poor. I purchased a mattress foundation and the slats werent polished and damaged my mattress. It looks like the wood was delivered straight from the forest.

      I bought a pillow that's supposed to be "low loft." It measures higher than their "high loft," so I contacted them to return it. They ignored me. I tried contacting them again. They ignored me. I tried leaving a review on their site. They refuse to publish it. Stay away from this company. They will do everything they can to make sure they don't help their customers. Scammers.

      I am overall disappointed with Brooklyn Bedding. We purchased an expensive Titan Plus mattress with them in 2022. Fast forward to 2024 and the mattress is sinking and not properly supportive. To the point I had to seek medical care. We originally bought our mattress with them because they have a 10 year warranty. When it is all said and done, they look for loop holes to not honor their warranty. I do not believe that is how a company should do business!

      If I had do overs with this company, I would not walk but run for the nearest exit! Sadly this pluralistic company with all it's websites, chats and multiple phone numbers, is morbidly under staffed to handle the flow of customers and complaints. Sidelined with out of stocks after the fact and slow order processing of a second replacement order with no expediting options. I lost my discount on the first order in limbo due to out of stock. So, if you are ordering online, I would give this company a second thought and run.

      Buyer beware! Ordered a mattress that I absolutely hated. Waited the 30 days to be able to return for a refund. Started the process which was smooth at first but then was suppossed to be contacted by a third party shipper for pick up but haven't been. I keep getting apology emails but no action. You can't get anyone on the phone and if you do they are useless. I will be filing a dispute with AMEX to get my money back. Don't be fooled by this company, they will make it nearly impossible for you to return your item for a refund. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a local mattress store.

      I purchased my mattress set out of the ************** store. I would just like to commend the 2 delivery men ******* and ******. They arrived in a timely manner and both were very pleasant and professional. Very much appreciated!

      I purchased a pillow from Brooklyn Bedding and want to return it. I sent an email and called them but they didnt respond. No one answered the phone.I dont recommend doing business with them.

      1. False Advertisement: Brooklyn Mattresses claims to offer a ******************* its mattresses as firm. However, my experience has been far from this representation. The mattress I purchased did not meet the firmness standards advertised.2. Unsatisfactory Resolution Attempts: I contacted BB when I first noticed the issue with the firmness of the mattress ( in one month after received). They replaced it once and when the problem persisted after another month, they sent a firm mattress topper, which did not alleviate the issue. Despite my efforts to seek resolution, the company has not provided a satisfactory solution.3. Warranty Denial: Upon reaching out for the third time, I was informed that my mattress does not qualify for a replacement under the warranty. This is despite the fact that the mattress does not meet the promised firmness, and I have given the company multiple opportunities to address the issue within the 120-day trial period.4. Impact on Health and Hassle of Replacements: When the mattress was replaced, BB made us go through the hassle of dumping or finding a donation center to pick it up rather than taking it back. This process was incredibly burdensome, especially considering we are exhausted with a newborn & do not have the capacity for such tasks. We had to resort to sleeping on the floor due to the discomfort caused by the mattress.5. Lack of Accountability: It 's disheartening to note that BB has not taken accountability for the discrepancy between their advertised product & the actual performance of the mattress. The denial of warranty coverage is not in line with the commitment to customer satisfaction. We ordered a FIRM ********************** but really it should be considered SOFT. I believe this situation constitutes false advertising and a failure to honor the warranty terms. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them. I wanted to support a smaller business but instead I'll stick with a bigger name and more reliable brand.
