      The Plank Firm Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding is falsely advertised. I got mine as a gift, and after two months, my entire side of the bed has sunk in (many reviews on their website mention this). It is nowhere near firm; it is mushy like a marshmallow. **************** was rude in response to my polite emails (you cant speak to anyone on the phone), and their exchange policies (especially for a gift) make it extremely difficult to get a replacementwhich means youll either be without a bed while you await their receipt of your return and then send a new one, or youll have to front $1000+ for a new one for however long it takes to receive it and then send the old one back and then refund you. I wrote a fair and honest review of my experiences to spare someone else from ordering a mattress that is nowhere near firm with terribly inconvenient exchange policies, and they immediately wiped it. Awful company.

      I ordered a mattress for our RV that was close to $2000. I have never received the mattress. However, they claim it was delivered by *****. The day ***** said they delivered the mattress we have their truck on Ring. They did pull into our driveway but the driver never got out of their truck and did not leave a mattress.Brooklyn Beddings has been giving me the run-around. They for weeks now say they are waiting on an update. I have heard now they have done the same thing to others. But so far they have not done anything. I am out almost $2000 and received nothing. Not even a pillow.So buyer beware!

      Right now, I am giving the company 2-stars. I have not received my mattress yet so I cannot review the quality. I am writing this review now because no one can provide an ETA. The store claims they do not have access nor have any information from their own manufacturer. A company this size should have the technology where their stores can see information on estimated build and completion dates. I could get a call tomorrow that the mattress is ready for pick-up or I could be waiting 3-months. Who knows?

      Oh how I wish I would have read the BBB horrible reviews before I ordered an expensive mattress from this company.You cannot actually talk to a customer service person. And there is nowhere to write or read real reviews.I ordered a mattress expecting to get follow up information but got nothing.My moving date is coming and I need to know the *** of this mattress. No one will talk with you on the phone, no one finishes a conversation by chat, and finally I speak with a person named **** by email who literally made up a chat conversation to me that was never had and told me my mattress was in the 3rd business day and could take ********************************************* I tell him I want to cancel my order. Then he sends me an email saying my order has been shipped and he can have it returned back to sender and I can wait for the refund when it is received back by them. What?!! All I wanted to know is will I have a mattress in time to be moved with my household. Now they have my money and I have no idea whats going on or if or when Ill actually get a mattress or a refund. If youre spending over $500 on a purchase you should certainly be able to actually speak with a representative.Buy your mattress somewhere else!

      Apparently Brooklyn Bedding has no intention of shipping a mattress to me. I ordered an Aurora Luxe from them on Dec. 13. I read that it would keep you cooler than any other. I was not impatient. I didn't even call them for weeks. About the day after Christmas, I called, and the computer recognized that a bed should have been shipped to me. The lady on the phone was very kind. She told me that due to the weather & the season, etc, there have been quite a few s**** *** in the shipping department. She told me that I would get an email from the shipping department within 24 hours. I did not. I called back again and once again the computer was recognizing my problem. I spoke to a guy, and he completely reordered the mattress for me and told me that shipping would be expedited for me. Now here it is the 10th of January, and when I call, the computer mysteriously does not recognize me. I'm not allowed to speak to anyone. All of their representatives are busy, which I do not believe. The computer does not speak to me anymore. It no longer seems to know my name. I was able to chat with someone online who did not understand my problem and wasn't willing to learn. She just told me that I had a mattress ordered on January 4th, when I had ordered the mattress on December 13th 2022. I told her that I had been in touch with my bank, and if I can't get the mattress, then I want my money back. She immediately canceled the ********* got a cancellation email. I didn't really want that. I wanted the mattress. I spoke to someone else in the chat and this person had more brains. What she told me was that she did not see a cancellation at all. She saw that a new mattress was being sent out to me. When I asked if it was the mattress which was supposedly sent out to me on the 4th of January, she said that it wasn't. It was one sent out to me that very day that I spoke to the woman who canceled. All I got was cancellation emails. Don't waste your ************ with Brooklyn Bedding's games

      We spent over $3000 on a mattress, we were convinced they had the best warranty...10 years!! After 18 months, this mattress sunk 2 inches and creaks so loudly on one side! We had them come out and they confirmed the defect. A week later we fund out that because of a tiny stain, the whole warranty is voided! It as a small stain from makeup!!! When I emailed them to possibly escalate and overturn the denial, this is the snarky response I get from them! Good morning ******, We welcome all reviews to better our products and policies. We cannot accept stained mattresses due to our policies of donating mattresses, we cannot donate a stained mattress. We're sorry we are not the match for you. Have a nice day! Best,*********, Comfort Specialist They could care less about customer service or repeat business! Do not spend your money here...its a great mattress until its not and then they will find a way to s**** you out of a "great warranty!"

      Got my new Queen size Brooklyn Bed yesterday.**** and ***** who delivered the mattress Were so *********************** and viol my bed was brought thru the house (carefully) and set up in what felt like Minutes!Thx, *****. **************Best night s sleep I ve had in many years...

      I really can't believe the negative remarks about this company's customer service. My experience was very different. I bought a Cal King soft. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good fit for me. It was simply too soft. I also have back issues and am needing a slightly firmer mattress. When I called customer service, they were very kind and helpful. They didn't question me at all. They accepted my explanation and quickly let me know what needed to be done to receive my refund. I received my refund within 4 days from that call. **************** handled the situation fantastically.

      UNETHICAL, WHAT A HEARTACHE AND HASSLE! BS 120 DAY RETURN! Our first 2 mattresses we ordered were too firm, so after we returned them, they sent 2 softer mattresses. I paid the $131 difference to upgrade. We still were not super happy considering we were spending so much on these. Instead of REFUNDING the ENTIRE MATTRESS PURCHASE of over $2000, they refund $131 and said it was outside the return window. the mattresses and luxury cooling mattress covers were pilling after a few months already. Poor quality. Poor service. Save your time and money.

      Brooklyn Bedding refuses to honor their 10 year no hassle warranty for any product that is sold from them on Amazon. The items sold on Amazon states that they are backed by a generous 10 year no hassle warranty from the manufacturer. Upon buying an item, it's starting to sag after 3 years of ownership and I contacted them and followed procedure and sent them all the proof they requested and now they are starting it's Amazon's responsibility. Amazon clearly shows description where culpability is on the manufacturer. No where in their policy does it state if you buy item off of Amazon , they won't warranty it. Very deceptive
