    I wona few items and whe. I went to pick them up the main item I wanted was not in my pick up. I complained and said I want my money and was forced to wait 3 days for the refund. The very next item I had the same issue but this time it was not deleted from my pickup appointment and is showed I picked it up. I was angry. I was letting it be known I was tired of being mislead and I was disgruntled. This was the second time I did not get the item. Because I spoke like a angry customer (no cursing or profanity) I guess it hurt someone's feelings because they banned my account. They also banned my 83 year old fathers account despite we are 2 different people. They say our accounts are associated. Can u imagine having them ban your dad from using the site because they are upset about my anger if how they handled my pickup. It's ridiculous.

    We take all customer feedback seriously and always strive to resolve matters professionally and fairly.

    Upon review of this case, Mr. ***** contacted our customer service team more than 15 times within a 24-hour period regarding an order issue. Our team promptly acknowledged the error, issued a full refund, and clearly communicatedon multiple occasionsthat the refunded amount would reflect on his account within 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe aligns with standard processing periods determined by financial institutions and is unfortunately beyond our ability to expedite.

    Despite our repeated assurances and efforts to assist, ************************** became increasingly hostile. He directed profanity toward our support agents and spoke in a demeaning manner. Our staff remained courteous and professional throughout the correspondence.

    Due to the repeated abusive behavior and violations of our communication policy, our management team made the decision to deactivate Mr. ****** account and discontinue further business. We regret that the interaction reached this point, but we remain committed to protecting the well-being and dignity of our employees.

    I was dropping off reruns the the person that was t,sing was saying condescending remarks toward me, called me a man. I told him to shut the f*** up and walked to my car.Suddenly my car was surrounded by 4 men refusing to let me leave. One was pounding on my car window. I asked for the manager so I could leave. I was then told that We can hold you against your will. This is private property. I slowly backed out and they continued to stand behind my vehicle, I was told that if I hit them I would be prosecuted. I continued to back up while and they started to move. I continued to back up and was finally able to leave. While I was leaving I was being followed by the manager.

    Items bid on and won during auction. Upon pick up, found items to be exceptionally heavy , far heavier than anything I purchased - it was not what I ordered, but apparently car parts.Employees placed items on my vehicle hood to examine - which I had to ask them to remove to prevent damage.Employee at podium became very disrespectful, refused to give his name - threatened to have me removed. Refused to allow me to speak to manager, as I wanted my items and they had be mistakenly give to someone else (apparently the person who's items I received).I was not waiting hours or returning a second trip, again the employee followed me to my vehicle, leaned in , THREATENED ME (witness was with me in my vehicle) if I did not provide my phone number and became insolent when I demanded his name before I did.Customer service continued to disconnect when I attempted to call - emails went unresponded to and when I tried to log in, found my account disabled.I want my items. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
