  Last week Nellis over charged my debit card leaving my bank account in the negative for $315.52. I immediately and desperately reached out to them about the fact that I was charged twice for 4 different transactions and they did acknowledge their mistake . They apologized and instead of refunding my money instantly they asked that I wait a maximum of 3 days to process it . So I waited .. and waited .. mind you my account is over drawn so incant even put gas in my car during this period .. here we are 5 days later and my money still has not been returned . There is little to no hope of getting it back at this point which is why I have come here to post this

  This place is an absolute scam. I placed several bids several dollars higher than the asking price and automatically it would set a bid $1 higher every single time. Avoid this place and should not be allowed to operate using automated bidding against real customers.

  I bid on an outdoor play set for my daughter. When my husband picked it up, they gave him 1 box. We realized the next day it was missing 4 boxes. I contacted them, and they said the description was inaccurate. In order to get my refund, I have to return the 1 box. The location is 30 minutes one way from my home. So I have to drive 2 hours total to pick up then return an item that was inaccurately described on the website. I have to waste my gas and time. Not to mention, I have a very disappointed little girl. Were done recommending and purchasing from Nellis Auction.

  I'm new to this auction site for purchases, however within 30 days I have received items NOT as advertised, misleading description of items, and damages items labels NEW.This place is a SCAM, with a total deceitful business practice. It needs to be investigated for deceitful misleading advertisement.In adition..they action items that are not available and not in their physical possession...which means you MUST wait for your funds to be returned days later.Use CAUTION

  As of today 5.19.2023 nothing has changed. I no longer buy anything that does not have an actual picture. I bought at pull and dip bar and the picture on the front looked like the 100 dollar item off of Amazon. OneTwoFit Multifunctional Wall Mounted Pull Up ******** Up bar. What came was just a wall mounted pullup bar ONETWOFIT Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar. Not even close to what was advertised. As well they are overcharging for tax. They charge a tax on the "buyers premium." This is a service not a product that could be taxed. Can you say "tax fraud"?

  I have had some luck with auctions on this site but lately many items I have "won" have been absolutely broken or non-functional when the listings for bidding specifically state they are NOT damaged and FUNCTIONAL. I have been able to fix a few but others I am out on the complete cost and time and gas money. Many times I have gotten my money back but I am out for transport cost and time as I have to physically the items.A "used" rug $180 listed as FUNCTIONAL & UNDAMAGED was black with use and stained heavily with urine (the smell was ghastly) once I opened it I vomited and then threw it outside!Broken mirrors that were listed as "new".An oven listed as "new" which was obviously broken.A "functional" mattress full of bugs.A $200 child's ride-on toy listed as "undamaged" and "not missing parts" that was splintered and broken beyond repair on opening.If Nellis had been TRUTHFUL about their reporting I would have NEVER bid on any of these items let alone spent 2 hours driving there and back only to have to do it again to return broken items. Then they just re-list the broken items again as "damaged" knowing full well they are selling broken items.Nellis is is either not truthful or their employees are not doing their jobs.
