      Shoddy construction and not to ROC standards and refused to remedy the issues. Poorly planned out design causes issues with water flower and functions of the system do not work. Switches material without approval and doesnt have the experience to do a quality job. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility and making things right, he lies and makes excuses.

      This person is a customer and she has also filed a complaint with the *** that I expect will be resolved. Currently I am not allowed to finish the deck work on her project that I started as she has torn much of it up herself and refuses to let me on site to finish. She also still owes a balance on the project.
