    Had my Buick towed to Big O Tires for service. They claimed to replace my water pump and serpentine belt. They stated the water pump that was just replaced was bad and they would give back to me for warranty claim. Picked up vehicle and was told they didnt have replaced item, must have been thrown out. Had car back next day for overheating issues. They stated based on experience I needed to replace all cooling fans. After new fuse box, water pump, belt and thermostat, They inform me its a head gasket at approximately ******* and up. After almost ******* already spent my car is still experiencing same issues! They wrote a bill for almost ****** to replace thermostat. The manager said it would be about a two day wait for special part that supports thermostat. I picked up my Buick and asked for part that was ordered and replaced at which they stated only the thermostat was replaced. I went back to manager and he credited over ****** back to credit card due to billing for service not preformed! Im on Social Security Disability and need RESOLUTION! PLEASE HELP!

    I went in for tire balancing and to get the Right passenger side wheel to be stratened out because the passenger front side is pulling hard to the right and wearing down the out side of the tire . After i left it still is pulling to the right and is getting worse , after they worked on it now bith front tires are wearing on the out side of the tires , it ****** even harder to the right and gets worse . Invoice # ******-****** Order number ****** I will never go back to Big O again i have to go to a different tire shop , if i had my own tire equipment i eould do it myself but i dont
