    On February 20, 2024, I was on my way to the airport in ******* when my passenger rear tire had a blow out. I called my insurance company for road side assistance and was told it was a two hour wait for assistance. Since I was on my way to the airport, I was stressed I would not make it in time. I then called Big O Tires here in Globe and ******* immediately sent two employees to assist me. They showed up in less than 5 minutes, were extremely polite, pleasant, and professional. They changed my tire and had me follow them back to Big O so they could check the pressure in all my tires. All at no charge.

Big O Tires is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
