    I ordered a garbage container on 1031 of 24 they said they would deliver it such and such it was never told to Me of anything about a fee or nothing at all they tried to call couldn't get a hold of me supposedly they came out here they never told me of any fees ever no receipts were given no explanation was given and they won't answer the phone unless I call from the number that's not mine so they're totally ignoring me so they don't have to pay my $100 and if they would have told me about it I might not agree to it I would have maybe done it differently but never was there ever a word said before during or after about any fees any such problems nothing just here here's your 475 back instead of your 575 and they didn't even tell me about that either they told me I was getting my money back no disclaimers were read no other things were done no explanations just children noises in the background and very difficult to talk to them when they were babysitting all these kids but I did the best I can and I did them honestly and they treated me dishonestly immoral unethical and stole my money please get my money back and the compensation for my middle language would be like $500 but it's not even worth it they keep that $500 it I am so upset I can't even do anything and I have a heart condition so it's definitely a problem

    I got yet another late billing notice. I pay every 2 months. I checked my online banking and I sent them a check on 1/3/24 which included late fees which they have cashed so I shouldn't get another bill till the end of March. Their billing is screwed up or...

    *** 31- FEB 1 I had tried to contact Westside Disposal over the past 3 days via a friends phone to find out my balance. I have yet to receive a bill and needed to make a payment. My phone, the only internet access I have was in repair. I finally made a payment guessing on the amount due on my now repaired phone. At 8 am this morning, I began calling Westside to be sure that I was on the pu list after 14 calls and a msg app on their website, someone pu my call (no response to msg). As I was on the phone, the truck drove on the 3 roads around my home, but not down my street. The person I spoke to put me on hold while she spoke to the driver. I had not been put 9n the pu list so they would not pu. 5hen I was placed on hold again, when someone else came on the phone. Her excuses for no pick up first started with that the driver was out of my area and I would have to wait till next week. Then the excuse changed to the driver was not answering his call. I asked for a refund. Now I have received a msg stating that I owed $62.00 and without it, service would not be provide. They claim that payment was due in December, so the payment I paid was for a late payment (December payment.). I pay 3 months in advance- Dec- Feb at $52.00. Being remote, left garbage attracts coyotes. Not only is this a safety concern, but a health concern. I AM DUE ONE MONTH OF SERVICE!

    There are two competing trash collector companies out here. The last company kept charging me late fees for billing. I dropped them and went to the 2nd trash disposal company...Westside Disposal. After some many months, they to just started charging me for late fees. I have no other problems with anyone with late fees but my trash collectors. I always pay my bills on time just as I receive them.

    Dec 15,2023 Westside Disposal delivered a trash bin on our road. The bin was placed there as a request from our neighbor whose property is not accessible for a truck to deliver the bin to his property. The driver backed down our road hitting off tree branches and leaked oil on our driveway. Upon seeing this on our cameras we immediately called Westside and left a message informing them of the damage and requested a return call. Dec *************************************************************************************************** a meeting but would call us back. December 19 we placed another call to the office and spoke again to the receptionist who then transferred us to the boss. We were placed on hold and then disconnected. We called back immediately and the call went to voicemail. We left a message stating that if we did not hear back we would consider the company was not willing to work with us . No call, no response.. These inexcusable and unprofessional tactics used by owners (***** and ***********************************)have been very stressful for us !We want the damage to our driveway fixed by a reputable concrete business ! This company has a 1.8/5 customer review on the ******************** website.
