They did a wonderful job! My technician, ******* was very professional and explained exactly what was going to happen. When the job was complete my carpet looked brand new. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Office staff were prompt in responding to my request for an appointment, provided me with an estimate and sent me information on the technician that was scheduled to come. Technician was on time, polite and efficient. The original quote was what I paid for the restretching of my carpet. The only issue I had was that I was not notified that a different technician would be coming, but since their technicians are driving company vans with the company logo, and wearing a logo shirt, I felt safe and confident in letting them in my home.Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning

In research a great company, reputable service and honest, this is what we found. They were prompt, honest, quote perfect to work and the carpet stretching & cleaning look amazing. ******* was very good at his job. Stretched hallway carpet then steam cleaned all carpets in my condo Showed up right on time. He used protectors so the long hose did not damage my walls at the corners. I liked that. He was helpful, courteous and kind. This company is a lifesaver! I needed carpet in a bedroom stretched quickly and I was able to get an appointment right away and the technician was on time, friendly and efficient!
