We needed to have the carpets in 2 rooms re-stretched. Having used the services of Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning several years ago we contacted them again. Their employees were friendly and engaging & answered all our questions. The technician arrived on time was neatly dressed, used booties to walk on the carpeting & immediately went to work. Before he left, he noticed that we had several oriental rugs & made us aware of their oriental rug cleaning service. Would definitely recommend this company.
