    Hello,I would like to file a complaint on the business located at ****************************************************** ******** ** ***** Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. Please see attachments for proof. The website indicates that a 5 and under pass is $11.99. It states this price on their website as well as their price board. They charged me $25 each and said corporate changed the price. I asked for the corporate number and then they said that it's franchised. They did not refund nor honor their website price or price posted on their board. They just said that's the price. I also have a video with the Date and time. This should not be allowed as it is false advertising. Thank you

    I have been trying to cancel my membership for months. When I call Urban Air they tell me that I can cancel online. When I go online, there is no option to cancel. I have not lived in ******* for 6 months and have not used Urban Air for 8 months. I am well over the 12 month **** to full fill my membership obligations. I have messaged Urban Air numerous times with no response. I don't think there is anyone on the other side monitoring the messages. There is no proof that I have tried to cancel since it's been only phone calls and messages. There is no way to track messages on the customer site. I was just charges the membership fee AGAIN today. I just want my membership cancelled. I would like some of the money back as well but I doubt that will happen.

    My family and I decided to purchase annual memberships for the kids. The park location is in ********, **. The memberships were purchased approximately mid July. They have only been used twice because the location promotes a dangerous environment. One of my kids has already been injured by lack of rules compliance and required supervision. Along with the injury there has been member to member confrontation which warranted Police/security response. I would like to the memberships to be cancelled because they cannot be used due to the unsafe environment. No reimbursement required only cancellation.

    I had been to this location when it recently opened and had a really good experience so I didnt hesitate on activating a membership, I activated the membership without being there and going recently. We arrive to the location and it is in horrible condition half of the attractions are closed and the employees are a bunch of teenagers that are googling around and not concerned about the childrens safety, there are even kids playing football inside by the way one almost hit my child in the head. There is no order and the location is in ridiculous conditions. I called to cancel after I left and they refuse to cancel my membership until a year. They send me an email that they have contacted the owner and will try to resolve the issue nobody has bettered the location to which I went again and this time recorded the conditions. They refuse to cancel my membership even tough I plan to never visit again.
