    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Urban Air for providing misleading information about their business hours on their website. This issue has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, particularly because I recently purchased a membership based on the incorrect hours advertised.In the beginning of August 2024, I visited Urban Airs website to verify their operating hours before purchasing a membership for my children, ages 3 and 6. The website clearly stated that the facility would be open during certain hours that were convenient for my family. Based on this information, I proceeded to buy the membership, expecting to make use of the facility as advertised.However, when I attempted to visit Urban Air on August 9th, I found that the facility was not open during the hours listed on the website. This discrepancy not only disrupted our plans but also rendered the membership, which I had purchased specifically to enjoy during those advertised hours, effectively useless. I have since made multiple attempts to contact Urban Airs customer service to resolve this issue but have received no satisfactory response.This misleading information has not only caused frustration and inconvenience but also resulted in a financial loss due to the membership fee paid under false pretenses. I feel that this situation is unacceptable, and that Urban Air should be held accountable for their inaccurate representations.I request that the Better Business Bureau intervene to ensure that Urban Air corrects the incorrect hours on their website and provides appropriate compensation or a refund for the membership fee paid. Additionally, I urge the BBB to investigate this matter to prevent similar issues from affecting other customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this issue.

    a week ago NEW The most disappointing part of this review is that I can't leave zero stars. Horrible, horrible, horrible. First, about a third of the "attractions", or whatever they call them, were closed......something that would have been nice to know prior to paying the $25 per kid cover charge, plus the fee for their special socks.Moving past that, most of the food items were out of stock....again, something that would have been nice to know prior to the inattentive staff charging me for it....although I was able to recoup my cost for this. By "inattentive", there were 2 employees in the food prep area just chatting amongst themselves, paying no attention to people at the counter, although there was one employee who was busting his a** to make up for the lack of effort by the others.When I did finally place an order for food they did have, fries, the order took over 20 minutes and they were soggy and barely edible.
