      I signed up for online traffic school on September 17th, 2024 and paid $251.95 in advance. Since this the information about this business is provided by the court, I assumed they are reputable and professional. Unfortunately, when I finished their course, I did not receive confirmation if I passed or not and I didn't receive a certificate of completion. When I contacted the court, I was told that I should receive that via email as soon as I successfully complete the course. When I called the business to verify that I successfully completed the course, I was told they manually grade everything and there were customers in front of me. When I asked how long it would take, they refused to give me a specific answer and then someone else who said their name was ****** got on the phone and said I was "fired". I'm not sure that that means, but he also said he wasn't going to provide the certificate. Of course, that puts me in jeopardy with the court because it's my responsibility to get that done.
