      On November 15th,2022 I found this website through the *********************** website. I went to the website to follow the step to enroll in a defensive driving class. Their website it outdated and does not work. I had to call them 2 times to have them fix on the back end my registration. The first call was with a woman who was extremely rude and defensive when I was explaining I was not receiving the emails that it says I'm supposed to receive. She, then passed the phone and I spoke to a nice gentleman that let me know to give him 10 minutes and he would call me back. The man called me on the 15th of Nov and let me know that everything was resolved, and I was good to log in. I logged in and uploaded the necessary documents that is required in order to start the class and it states it could take ***** hours for it to be approved. On Nov. 18th, 2022, I called back at 5pm and did not receive a response. The woman called me back at 5:07pm stating sorry we missed your call how can I help. I let her know I was still waiting on a response about if my documents were accepted. She proceeded to say that it was supposed to be completed as of the 16th of Nov the entire course and it was not. I let the woman know that I was not informed when I called them nor was, I informed via email. She started yelling at me and stated it's my own fault and not her responsibility I'm an adult I should have known. I asked for my refund, and she immediately stated no PayPal takes a percentage then I get my cut, and on my website it states refunds are only issued in the first 24 hours. I told her that since she won't allow me to take the course I paid for no reason. She continued to argue with me, I advised her I will be seeking civil legal action I paid $211.95. She then hung up on me. Do not sign up for this course, the website is inaccurate, and you will waste your money.
