Unauthorized transaction for the amount of $93.05 from Lynch Mining on February 4th 2023. I never received anything from them. There is no way of contacting Lynch Mining, and has since went out of business. Lots of other people have also been charged /scammed. My bank has done nothing to help me.Initial Complaint

I placed on order with Lynchmining.com for gold pay dirt back in January 2023 and never received my order. Tried contacting them by phone and email with no luck. You can never speak with a representative so needless to say I am out about $150. Worst customer service ever.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders, one on March 25, 2023 and the other on April 1, 2023. I received confirmation and verified my ID. I never received tracking information and still to this day have not received the products I ordered. The total of the two orders was $98.73. On their website, they lead you to believe that they are a big company located in *******, **********, ********, and ****** which, obviously is NOT true. Ive been researching and have found that they had some rather sad family issues but if you are a big company located in that many places, how can one persons family issue take down the whole company? Ive seen literally hundreds of posts and reviews in various places now from people saying they never got their products from Lynch Mining either and some of them spent over $2000. The person responsible for this belongs in jail. *** tried to contact them by phone and it takes you to a different company that has nothing to do with gold mining and Ive emailed them several times with no answer. I would really like my money back but if thats not possible, I think legal action needs to be takin against Lynch Mining and the companies owner ***** Lynch.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders on 2/26/2023 that remain unfilled. I have made numerous attempts for resolution and status updates via their website and phone calls. Never a response to the inquiries. I am a reasonable person and either seek a full refund or the actual product purchased. But it is criminal to continue to ignore my inquiries while not deliver on their promises. On March 24th, 2023 I purchased an 8.5 pound bucket of ********* paydirt containing 5 grams of gold for $374.75 including taxes and shipping. The transaction number is #W-00000142222. I also successfully completed an ID verification. The product was supposed to be shipped to ****************************************************************** within ***** days and tracking was to be provided. I have never received tracking or the product. I sent emails on the 4th and 13th of April and on May 23rd to the company about the order and I have not received a reply. I have not been able to find a phone number to contact the company. I visited their website today and they are still selling their paydirt. I would like to receive the item I ordered as soon as possible or receive a complete refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered over $2000 worth of gold from lunch mining on April 4th 2023. The money was deducted from my bank account. It is now almost July and I never received my order. I called the number for customer service. They said they needed my account info in order to reimburse my order. The next day $600 was missing from my bank. Every transaction was to a florist that I never heard of. When I called the company again I was given 2 numbers to call. It turns out that 1 was for ********* and the other was for Cricket cellular.
