On April 21 I placed an order for three Gizmo paydirt and gold scale. The order total was $83. I received the confirmation from Lynch Mining. It stated that due to backorders mine would be the last of May-first of June. It's about to be July. The company has not answered my emails. I want my money or my order. I placed an order March 12, 2023 for a Vulture Paydirt XL Bucket. Order #W-00000142338, confirmed. Your paydirt will be shipped very soon:) ****** or **** confirmation showing bucket shipped. Total price with shipping $314.50 USD I have attempted to contact Lynch Mining, no answer. I ordered 2 different orders from lynch mining company first order was on 28 January and second order was on 29 January. The product # for the first one was #V-3234587641099 I supposed to get free lynch mining hand towel free, Reserve pay dirt XL x 1 $139.50 with 5 dollars off discount +**** shipping grand total for that order I paid $144.30 Never received it and I sent a whole lot of emails for this product. The second order was the next day the product for this order is #V-3224587641172 This one included free Lynch mining company water bottle, Lynch mining original x 2 $26.88, Vulture pay dirt x1 $*****, Belmont pay dirt x 1 $ *****, Gem stone pay dirt bucket small x 1 $214.10, shipping cost was $30.00 total I paid for this order was ****** so all together with both orders I paid $443.78 it has been almost 4 months I have not received my product I sent numerous email to this company they replied to one of them in April said sorry about the long wait I wrote on a Monday they said truck was coming in on Wednesday or Thursday my product would be sent on Friday and I would receive conformation with a tracking number to this day I still have not received anything All the emails after that I sent no response at all I warned them on my last email that they need to give me my refund back or send me my product or I was going to proceed to the next step. No refund no product I sent that email on May 8th and that was the last email I sent them my first email I sent was 2/21/23, next ones were on 2/27/23, 3/9/23, 3/20/23, 3/28/23,4/5/23, 4/19/23, and my last one I sent was 5/8/23 that is when I asked for a refund or product or I was going to the next step. Im very disappointed that it has to come down to this but this company only responded to 1 email and none of the other ones. I just dont think this is right to do this especially to a disabled veteran.Initial Complaint

I placed a gold, pay dirt order on April 25, 2023, ORDER #W-00000142413. I have not received my order, nor have I received ANY communication, zero from Lynch Mining. April 27th, May 3rd, May 5th, May 11th and May 18th I left several emails asking for an update. I tried calling their number and it not valid. I emailed them countless times asking for either an update or cancellation and they have not responded at all. No tracking number, zero communication. This constitutes theft. I have reached out the Maricopa County ************************** as well. After review of this company's background and the years of complaints from others, it is safe to say this company is unethical in its business practices and criminal in its behavior. I ordered gold paydirt from Lynch Mining on 4/20/23. The order #W00000142388 was for a total of $374.75 & Lynch took their money that same day. I got the normal order confirmation Email with the promise to send another Email when my order has shipped. I have ordered many times from Lynch over the ********** has always been perfect. In fact, I deemed Lynch to be the best of all the companies I have used. This time, however, it has been a *************** has happened. They do not respond to Emails & can't be reached by phone. Their website should be shut down so people don't continue to place orders that will not be filled.
