    Ordered 2 bags in ****. Month later and nothing. Sent 3 emails and no response. F**k these guys. They should be held criminally liable for stealing my money.

    I placed an order during their Christmas raffle, you had to make a purchase to be eligible to win a prize. I ended up winning a Bentley Bucket. After several emails I received my order in mid February, but not the prize I won. I sent 12 emails asking when it will be shipped, but I'm getting no response even though their website said they usually reply within 24 to 48 hours. The phone number listed for them doesn't work. I just want my prize that I won. Wouldn't it be illegal to advertise to win a prize by making a purchase then not send the prize.

    I ordered over a month ago with the promise of sealed and shipped within 5 to 10 days. A little longer sometimes. How long is a little longer acceptable? Ive messaged the support team at Lynch several times asking for someone to let me know what the hold up is. Im the one that has been held up. Lynch should be held criminally liable for misleading sales tactics. The attorney general of the states Lynch does business in needs to know how theyre conducting business. Maybe they can do something to insure we get what we pay for in a timely manner.

    Ordered on February 3, 2023. Haven't got a **** tracking number. Contacted by E-mail 4 times. Only got a reply on first E-mail. Nothing else. Poor customer service. Not worth doing business with them again

    Wish I could give negative stars. I ordered on February 4 and never received anything. I sent two emails and they never responded. I tried calling and the number came up disconnected. After waiting a month with no communication and received nothing, I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. Stay away from this company or you'll be sorry. There are better paydirt sellers out there.

    Lynch has went down in customer service. I won a raffle in December and never obtained anything. I have 3 orders two in January and one in Feb and I haven't seen anything nor can I get anyone to respond and the two phone number I have don't work with Lynch. I have emailed back on my orders, however no one responds.

    I would give a zero star rating .. I ordered from this company on feb 1 & never received my product. It is now the 20th !! I never received a tracking, I received one email on the 11th after I told PayPal I wanted a refund... it was a childish excuse tgey had ... but they still failed to send tracking or a package that was promised in their email.. STAY AWAY... these people are snakes

    I ordered 2 bags of the Belmont mine paydirt on Dec. 31 2022 and normally my orders would be here at the most 4 days but after a week and a half I emailed them several times and finally got one reply saying they were super busy getting holiday orders out so I waited and finally 19 days later I get my 2 bags but not the free hat that was supposed to come with it. Ok no big deal. Not going to sweat it over a free hat but still would have been nice to actually get what I was expecting. But I panned out one whole bag and half of the other one I'm not impressed one bit. I got way more out their Gizmo bags than these and the Gizmo bags are a buck cheaper. I've had really good luck in the past with Lynch Mining but for some reason here lately it appears they have been dropping the ball. Might have to take my business elsewhere next time.

    We ordered pay dirt Dec. 26 2022. It is now January 17th 2023. The phone number leads to a Wal-Mart gift card scam in *****. They do not respond to e mails. We seriously got scammed. First time ever. I hope this stops someone from giving out their card number and losing money. Sickening.

    Played my order from Lynch mining on December 12th 2022. Still have not received it. Left emails and tried to call where o got a scam call center. Disputing my transaction through my bank.
