  When we first moved in service was amazing, 6 months in the service and attention dwindled. The apartment had mold that after several requests was treated 1x and it didnt solve it, the mold kept returning as it was in the drywall. Pest control is a joke, ants coming out of the outlets, infested with crickets, roaches, German roaches and recluse spiders. The landscape company constantly blows everything into the private patio areas and under stairs, weeds are knee high on regular basis. Trash dumping at back of property from move outs and non-residents, dumpsters constantly overflowing. Cars being broken into, stolen vehicles and damage to vehicles is a regular issue. MANY domestic violence issues/police constantly parking lots flood, tree branches from the nearly dead trees are falling left for weeks. The 3 pools broken/closed, issues keeping office staff requests get lost. They have had a fire 3+ years ago never replaced the fire extinguishers leaving 1 for an entire building (16 units). They say there is security but you call the number and never get a response, in the time living there we saw the security guard 3x They continue to raise rent with no upgrades to anything. The gym has extremely used equipment and its not maintained it smells like mold/sweat, it was filthy! The walls are thin you hear EVERYTHING, you can hear your neighbor using restroom very clearly Internet is always going out due to they wont update the wiring in the apartments. Your electric bill is going to be outrageous The sliding doors are so worn Storages on patio leak Kitchen cabinets are falling out of the ceiling, doors are constantly falling off, water damage from previous leaks in all under sink replace stove was repaired many times burners only 3 ever worked, oven uneven heating Took a year to get the dishwasher replaced, took a 1.5 yr for ac replaced and about ************************************************************************************* 100 degrees MOVE HERE AT HIGH RISK

  This apartment complex doesn't care about you and your health. They say they have onsite security, no they do not. If you call the security line they give you it takes an hour for someone to get on the property but 99% of the time nobody shows up. I also have been having an on going noise problem with my neighbors. They do not care. It's been way over a month and people blast their music and stereo all day and night through the complex. They also have roaches and they due 1 big spray a year and make you box up your entire apartment to spray and you are required to be gone all day. Do not move here. They lie to you to get you in the door and to get an apartment.

Our community offers after-hour courtesy patrol services and observes quiet hours before 10:00a.m. and after 10:00p.m. Management is aware of the ongoing noise issue with your neighbor and have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter with you and offered alternative solutions to both you and your neighbor in an effort to satisfy both parties so everyone can live comfortably in their home.
