    They would not call me back. My last attempted, I email they. They finally answered. I ordered per the description online, GREY seat covers. They are black. Tucker, stated that the website showed black. I looked again, they are gray.
    If I sent them back, it would cost me shipping and 15% restocking fee.
    Horrible company! Beware!

    The material is good but the manufacturing of them is not good resulting in a poor fit. If you have headrests they expect you to cut holes in the top of cover for the protrusions leaving an unstitched edge that will fray over time .I had to dispute the charge to get a refund as they would not give me one .

    Ordered a set of seat covers for my new truck. They were advertised as having 3/8" foam for "added comfort fit and durability". The foam is 1/4" at best. I sent an email and got a phone call back very fast.The guy on the customer service side was rude, and argumentative with me. He tried everything except explaining to me why the advertisement was false. When he said he will have them check this in production I told him all he had to do was open the attachments i sent with a tape measure showing what I was talking about. He said he wasn't very good with computers. I told him if they have 3/8" in the adds they need to have 3/8" on their product. Long story short, that guy needed to be washing the toilets and not dealing with customers. The seat covers look good and look like they will fit. All I wanted to do was get them to do truth in advertising.

    Is it possible to give 0 stars. Never got my product. Never got my money back. Stopped responding to my emails. Horrible

    I ordered covers for my wifes car put all the information in, placed the order. I was patient, and waited they came. Nice covers, I go to install and they sent the wrong backseat cover. That when the trouble started. I called they were nice trued to help, they wanted pictures of the backseat, covers to make sure. I sent all the information they wanted and said that they didnt have the pattern for that backseat even though you can pick it the site. I called and called said they were going to talk to there design team. So I gave them a few days and they never called back. I texted and called and got no answer from anyone. Finally I sent another text saying I just wanted to send them back and get a refund still havent heard anything, Filled a complaint with my credit company. Just to let people know dont do business here. Plus Im probably out ****** for a present for my wife.
