    I am filing this for my father who is 73 years old. I have also filed a complaint with the *** Attorney General. He contacted Boss Optima for Air Duct Cleaning service who he found online and was impressed with the services they purport to provide which include a sanitizing step. He called them to schedule a service and paid around $650 (I believe) up front. They cancelled twice as they actually subcontract with local service providers. The third time was when he had to go in for surgery so no one was around for the service. We later contacted the subcontractor who left his card and he indicated that he only provided a basic sweep and vacuum of the Air Ductwork and no sanitizing and is a fraction of the ~$650 paid to Boss Optima. Boss Optima was contacted several times regarding refund and always said they would call back - they have yet to return a phone call.

    I received a call from Boss Optima on or about February 19th, 2024 with an offer to clean my drapes. I had used them in the past and had no issues. I explained that at this time it was not in my budget. They quoted $439.00 and it would require half down, prior to the service. After hanging up and talking it over with my husband we decided we would make it work. While this conversation was going on or shortly after I receive a voicemail from another employee stating they would honor the initial price I had paid at my prior service. So, while Im setting up my service under one price another employee is offering a price $55.00 less. Then they started wanting to change the original service date and time. Continually calling to make changes. Finally I said those dates wont work Im just going to cancel. They again came back with a price of $30.00 less. Still a no!! Unfortunately, they withdrew my deposit of $263.40 almost immediately and after several attempts at getting my deposit back due to the fact that no service was rendered they have not honored my request. Hopefully you can help!

    On June 16, 2023, I paid Boss Optima $585 for drapery cleaning. I thought they would take the draperies out for cleaning. When I was told they would clean them in my home, I immediately canceled my order on June 17, 2023. They refuse to refund my money. I have called for about six months one or two times a day. Most of the time I leave a voicemail but no one returns my calls.Finally, I was told I needed to talk with A J. I did speak with him on several occasions. A J promised months ago he was working on my refund and I would get it soon, his word doesnt mean anything. He is still jerking me run around, I wonder what kind of business they are running. Im exhausted dealing with them. I would like for them to resolve this matter as soon as possible. They have no reason for not refunding my money.     We contacted them to have a couch professionally cleaned. The original appointment was scheduled for November 21, but was cancelled by the business due to "no technician was available in the area." We had paid them a deposit of $107.50. They offered to reschedule the service for December 15th, but non one showed up at the appointed time. We contacted them that afternoon and told them we wished to cancel the service. The representative, A.J., told us the billing department would contact us on the next day (December 16th) to resolve the billing issue. As of today we've not heard from the business. They also charged us an additional $70 on December 15th. No services have been received.

    I needed bedroom carpet stretched, while searching for a local business. Goggle captured a sale on cleaning and stretching in my local area. *******. Boss Optima agreed to schedule a cleaning service on December 2-2023. Due to the service being at a discount over 18% they wanted full amount up front $295.00 . I called back after wife got home from work, she had already found someone. Talked to ** he said no problem that he would send a refund. I got a text message saying that the service has been canceled and money would be refunded. I cant seem to get a straight answer about when this refund will be coming back to my account . How long does it take to credit back to my account? It only took a minute to remove funds. Called billing department they said ** would be calling me back. That didnt happen, so I will be calling several times a day until I get a refund . Started searching BBB if others had this problem, OMG at the bad reviews that turned up. I was hoping they would refund in a timely manner, I would be glad to give a good review. I have never given anyone a bad review but I think this will be the first because I believe Im being ignored due to phone ID.

    Scheduled upholstery cleaning for our home in ************, **. They require prepayment. I went ahead and prepaid as we used this company in our ******* home without incident. The first scheduled cleaning they called to cancel as the technician was allegedly in a car accident. We rescheduled and the service was again cancelled because they scheduled the wrong city. I asked for the service to be permanently cancelled and my money returned. ***** later we still havent received a refund after we were promised one was being processed.

    Paid ****** to clean 2 rooms ans a hall on 8/18/2023.There were a couple of spots they needed to redo,(per their 30 day guarantee), set up a time the following week. They called and said tech was ill, set for he following week, they had vehicle problems. After the 5th try to get someone to come and fix their work, I told them forget it. It now has been almost 3 months trying to resolve this. Please help.

    This business has been spam calling me for about 3 weeks. I requested a quote but then let them know I did not need the service. I have blocked 4 different numbers and they keep finding new numbers to call me from. I have answered these calls telling them to take me off their list. The calls continue. No money was paid.

    The company misrepresented the 'sale" for the services I request. I was not informed about the non-refundable nature of the "limited sale" until after they had charge my account and providing with with a picture of the service and the information about non-refundable being included. They refused to provided a receipt or confirmation number for the schedule service. They are scamming people and I would never agreed to getting credit for cancellation as home does not have carpet and additional services would not be needed.

    Boss Optima is a ** company and hires people in ******** and pays them one tenth of what they charge you and then they come and will tell you they cannot do the job with the time they were asked to finish the job. I paid in full and after several weeks later the job was not completed and no one called to give us any solution. When I asked for my money back they gave me all kinds of reasons and said all I can get is a store credit which is just atrocious. They are scheming people left and right. They are fraudulent people and this company should be black listed on ******** and should not be allowed to hire anyone and cause so much sufferings for so many citizens. I want a REFUND ASAP!
