  This company didnt even address itself that it was from a ** based agency booking for service calls in ****** and they charge me an atrocious amount of money to clean one double wide mattress. I do not recommend these people at all. this was very much a scam.

  Told me a would get drapery cleaning that would take an hour and a half. *** just vacuumed the drapes which o could have done. It took a half hour. It cost me $284. It was all a scam

  Boss Optima is a scam for both customers and contractors. I was contacted by them on Wednesday afternoon asking for a ************ cleaning job. They were acting as the actual customer at first. Then after a few text messages back and forth they call me saying theyre a national brand and their usual contractor couldnt make an appointment the next morning. Being the nice and helpful guy that I am, I agreed to go out there and work for a third of what that job wouldve paid me had they called me directly. I show up, do the job, the customer was ecstatic about her floors, and then boss optima stopped answering my calls for payment. I informed the customer about the scam theyre running so she wouldnt book them again and possibly lose out her money by having to prepay as she did. I feel so bad for the customers who prepay and get screwed. And I also feel bad for the contractors who take pride in their work like me and get screwed.

  ************BOSS OPTIMA IS A SCAM . THEY REQUIRE YOU PUT AT LEAST 50% DOWN FOR THE *** YOU WANT DONE THE PROBLEM WITH THIS IS WHEN THEY DONT SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK NOT ONCE NOT TRWICE BUT THREE TIMES THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY REFUND. I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING A REFUND FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND GEYT NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND. ** IS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WHOLE COMPANY THAT CAN DO THIS HE WILL CALL YOU BACKGUESS WHAT THAT CALL NEVER COMES! I REALLY THINK THE BBB SHOULD LOOK INTO THEM. THIS IS FRAUD WHICH IS A CRIME!!! I GIVE THEM 0 STARS AND WOULD SAY GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEM.

  Boss Optima came up when I was searching on line for carpet and duct cleaning for my home in ***********. I spoke with a man named ****** in customer service, who provided me with a quote of $980.00 Cdn., taxes included), which I agreed to. During our conversation ****** said they needed my **** info as assurance only, and my understanding was that they would charge my card when the work was completed. Within 24 hours I received several emails and two phone calls from a woman with more offers/deals from Boss Optima, which I declined, and advised them that I already had agreed to have them do our carpet and ductwork cleaning. I noticed for the first time that the calls were coming from Arizona.Three days later my wife noticed a charge to our **** account for $1,102.00 Cdn., which shocked us. I called the company to complain and asked them to reverse the charge, but my request was ignored. ****** put me in touch with his manager (****) who said I was told we had to pay in advance, which was not true, but I did not know what to do. So we tried scheduling the two services. After 2 or 3 cancellations they finally had a carpet cleaning service here in Halifax come to do the carpets. But the ductwork was cancelled on 4 occasions, so we requested a refund on our **** for that service, which manager **** said he would arrange. That was back in mid-September, and after several texts and phone calls nothing has been done !!!I feel like we have been scammed, without any recourse. This outfit should not be allowed to exist in any form. I now realize that I should have checked Boss Optima (aka Boss Services) through BBB before ever deciding on a company.Thank for listening,*************************

  Stay away from Boss Optima. They take the full cost of the job up front and don't tell you or get your authorization. They book service times but don't tell the service technician. I cancelled the service prior to any work being being done because of their lies and sleazy work behavior. Now I am in a battle to get my $891.00 back. First excuse was that they have new **** software and I will get my refund that afternoon. No refund or further contact on their part. Second excuse was that they don't keep card information and someone will call me shortly to get the info. No call. Third excuse was that they have to send a Cancellation Receipt. When I asked what that was they were very vague. Turns out it is a credit for any future Boss Optima service. I thought that this must be some kind of practical joke. I do not want to have any further dealings with Boss Optima. All I want is my money back. They will try and wear you down so that you give up and they can steal your money.

  Total Scam. My elderly mother pre-paid over the phone. They called and canceled and she has tried 10+ time to contact them and get a refund. **** recommended putting a negative review online while they work to try to claw back the charge for 90 days. This place is a racket. This place is in ******* and my mother is in ****. Don't make the same mistake.

  I am a carpet cleaning company and was contacted by Boss for two jobs, One was an hour and a half away for $70 to clean a couch. I told them my schedule wouldn't permit and pay was too low. They then said they would up it to $100 and schedule it for a day that would work. I still never verbally committed to it but they put it on my schedule anyway. I drove an hour and a half, cleaned and disnfected the customers couch and they still arent paying and keep giving me different excuses. The other job was for $500 for cleaning drapes that they charged $1900 to the client for. I took down the drapes, cleaned them and took them over an hour away and still no pay and more excuses. I regret ever working for them and will be seeking legal. With all the complaints, I better do it soon, because they wont be around for much longer.

  Arranged for Boss Optima Carpet Cleaning to clean our family room and 2 bedrooms. Changed the appointment to accommodate their schedule. Arrived 2 hours late and 2 days later the carpets are the same if not worse. In the bedrooms the stains are larger than the original stain sizes. If I could leave no stars I would. Called for warranty work appointment and nothing. They were supposed to call back for an appointment on the warranty work because the person who did the work was supposed to fix his mess and no return calls. This has been going on for 3 days now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
