    Bookstore uses a predatory system. I found my NEW textbook from the publisher on amazon for ***** on sale right now. I saw the bookstore had it for 28 and some change used. I ordered it and a school shirt for convince only and saved like 90 cents on my book. The shirt was out of stock. Ok, they canceled that for me. The book was out of stock; they decided to upgrade me without consent to a ***** copy. I never agreed or checked anything that said if it's not there, please charge me 20 dollars more. If they can cancel my order for the t-shirt not in stock instead of substitute it for one in my size at a cost to me. We live in an age I got book-buying options; I browsed around for a good deal before buying, only to be charged an extra 20 dollars without my consent for a book I could get new for 29 dollars with free one-day shipping online.I won't let anyone substitute my order if it is out of stock unless I will be compensated for the same agreed-upon price. I don't want it. I have other options for shopping and do so based on the published price they quoted me at the time of the transaction.
