  I had a loan with CSA for 4 and a half years. I paid off my car early on May 20, 2025. Was told that I would have my title within 20 days. It has been 35 days, no title, and it is still on my credit report. I have been trying to contact them since Saturday to no avail. Finally, Venus (manager) emails me to send me a copy of the release of lien which is dated for today, and says I will have my title shortly. Then proceeds to say that I will not have it off my credit report for another 2 to 3 weeks. Also, I cannot get the *** removed unless I pay for it, because their location in **** is out of business. Beware, they're quick to take your money, but not quick on taking care of things on their end. I personally think that they held onto my money for all this time, and then put it in when I complained about it.

  If you read there comments they are very bad they will shut down your vehicle if your five days late are less I made a mistake in buying there vehicle and the price for that vehicle is too high I'm paying four time what it's worth

  So my engine went out in the car they sold me and it was supposed to have a 2 year *************************. 2 months and three shops later the car still isnt fixed and all I get is the run around from ********. Im paying tow fees out of pocket and missing days from work. When I call all they do is give me excuses. At this point Im having to hire an attorney because Im getting nowhere with them. Ive been threatened with garnishment if I dont continue to pay

  Oh where to begin. easily 0/10 stars DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When i initially purchased my vehicle everything seemed to be fine however about a month or 2 later i began to notice several issues with my car from AC not working correctly to issues with my engine to the stereo not working correctly. I was advised that Rock solid would repair any issues i had and i just needed to bring it in, thus starting a 5 month back and forth of trying to get them to fix my car and nothing being done before i had to move out of state as i was given a promotion to another job. once I had finished moving i was advised that they do not fix any issues with the car and that i would have to pay to have all issues fixed out of pocket and they may or may not reimburse me. at this point the issues were annoying but they were manageable however there is a manager named ****, i have had numerous issues with **** including him deleting and shutting off my car because he didnt like the payment arrangement i made with another agent and at no point notifying my of this, being rude and uncivilized including talking over and cutting me off when i talk to him. he has advised ON A RECORDED LINE that hes free to break his companies end of arrangements at no consequence but no one else is so lucky. I have scheduled payment arrangements due to being out of work due to covid and having the company refuse to assist or work rationally "you've only worked 2 days since coming back from covid, well assist you by requiring you to pay 1-2 times the amount on your first paycheck" etc. if their system didn't charge you 5-6 additional dollars just to make a payment, if their site allowed you to make partial payments, or if they weren't for such a short time frame, or if the company had managers who werent consistently rude and inconsiderate, the company wouldnt be as bad as they are but they also refuse to do anything about the issues they have and are aware of so i.i.w.i.i. regardless take your money elsewhere!
