    Wow! Just wow!! What a kind, motivating, informative, and hardworking team they have at NICCM. I did two trainings back to back, the *** fast track course and the ****** training course and all I have to say is the entire even is magnificent! First and foremost, their team is small but very mighty. And from start to finish (and even the phone/email assistance to you afterwards) is truly above and beyond work. They truly work their butts off in serving you and helping every person that walks into their conferences and trainings. From start to finish you have hands on help and guidance to get you finished in a efficient amount of time! And the crazy part is, they did so much work ahead of the course, that it doesnt budge on quality work and learning. What I really liked about them is that it is truly a fast track course and its fool proof. Just listen, keep the pace, and DONT SKIP STEPS TO THEIR PROCESS, and it all falls together in the end. Im so thankful to have found their company and to have taken multiple courses. I feel so confident, Ive gotten certified and left with everything I needed to take my *** exam and on-site visit immediately (even after being told that it wouldnt be able to happen because it takes months to get these types of certifications with programs other companies- oh that was totally wrong) and overall, I feel like I gained a mini professional development team that has my back and is willing to guide me in the right direction and help me succeed. And their encouragement during the entire process!!! Wow! They literally helped me physically and mentally! 100000/10! I highly highly HIGHLY recommend them! Bravo ladies, Ms. ****** ***************** Ms. ******** and Ms. ******* (I think Im spelling it wrong sorry!!! Lol) and ******************. YOUR GREAT!! Keep it up guys! Thank you so much!

    Ive taken both the *** and NAC through NICCM /Handprint! Best teachers for teaching teachers! Would 10 out of 10 recommend! It may have been 3 days but it was the most fun, entertainment and very informative!! Thank you to everyone who answered emails, phone calls, and questions I had! And I can now say I am the director at my childcare center!

    Just completed my CDA with the help of NICCM. I haven't been in childcare for long and I was absolutely nervous and scared, BUT This program is absolutely the BEST! I definitely recommend this program. My portfolio was spectacular and my PDS Specialist had no issues at all. When I thought I was missing an item, I quickly emailed NICCM as they informed me to do so and they called me less than 20 mins to guide me through any issues I thought I had. They were always very helpful and understanding. I know taking this step can be very scary but even with the most ridiculous question they were able to assist me until I understood everything. I also completed my NAC with them before my CDA and I am telling you, these people are AMAZING!!!!! Tons of GREAT information! I am informing all my staff to take this program and I am even offering to pay for it myself! I wouldn't go anywhere! Thank you guys so much!

    NICCM was amazing in preparing me for my CDA I wouldnt have had the confidence I had without them. They walked me through every step of my journey and I finally have my CDA. I also plan on doing the directors credential with them. Cant wait!!
