I went to Aspen Dental in ************************ ****, August 2021 to have all my teeth extracted. August 19,2021 I had my lowers extracted. With no problems. Before I could schedule my appointment to have my upper teeth extracted, Aspen contacted me to state that they needed my wife's Social security number to file my claim with my provider. This sounded suspicious and stalled my treatment for months. I put my dental provider in touch with Aspen and Aspen called me months later starting that they would like me to make an appointment to complete my dental care. And that s deposit had been made to my account. I made several attempts to get my dental care completed . And after confirmation of my appointments . I was given false excuses as to why I couldn't have my dental work done. In Feb,2022 I was told after coming in for an appointment ,by the receptionist , that they didn't see where I had an appointment and after they rechecked , they had me scheduled for another procedure and not extraction. I left and returned August 2022 , I was keep waiting for an hour and when I was called back for my appointment I was told that the new Dr. Couldn't do my extractions because he was doing a procedure on another patient that was taking longer than expected.the same Dr. *** time to up sale me an more expensive implant. Instead of my dentures, that I have been paying for for over a year and have not received. My last visit was In Dec, 8 2022 .I was told falsely, by "***" that I have an out of pocket expense and consent forms to sign before I could get my extractions. I had no out standing balance, I checked with my insurance provider and was told by ****** office staff of Aspen Dental that I have no outstanding balance It been over a year and 4 months and have been given lies and excuses . And not good service.Aspen Dental at this office had done nothing to make me smile.***********************

I have visited the *********** ** location for a broken filling, I ask them on the phone is they can fix the filling that I have an emergency, they said no problem, come on in. After an X ray, they said I have 2 options just a filling or root canal, I choose just the filling, root canal wasn't necesay they just say it to s**** you over. Not because I choose the cheaper option they decide it not to treat me, so I left with the pain. Please avoid these clovns. And by the way the manager ********** belive is him name, has a f*ck face!

I took my son there, He is a grown man but has some disabilities that some time require my assistance. We went last week. They did the x-ray and exam and we were told they would be able to pull the tooth. I pre-paid them the ****** required and we made an appointment for today 7/13/22. My son has taken the prescribed antibiotics and was nervous but ready to get the procedure over with. About thirty minutes later a young lady came out and said they could not finish pulling the tooth because of my son's breathing. My son came out of the exam room with ****** gauze hanging out of his mouth. They had started to pull the tooth and then stopped. Who does that, Shoot him full of novacain, attempt to pull it out there fore loosening it, and then just stop. He is now in severe pain and has to wait another week to see another dentist, more x-rays, and then wait for the appointment. Such poor service. If they couldn't do it then why make the appointment and charge me. They said my money would be refunded but from what I've seen of them today I wonder,

I went into Aspen Dental to get a cracked tooth removed, and we started with the **ray process and everything seemed okay to start with a cleaning and getting a bridge on the left side of mouth. The dentist then started removing the tooth and drilling then decided middle of the procedure his scans were wrong and I need an immediate root canal for the bridge. Told me I should just be grateful for his time rather than complaining about the fact I needed to discuss how much more this was going to cost me due to their lack of paying attention to my scans. My insurance wont cover because they are refusing to send said scans in on the initial preop **rays. They then proceeded to try and charge me for a second dental cleaning I did NOT receive and then argued with me that I went back for an appointment and I should be charged with it. The reason I went back is because of my temporary bridge falling out twice while waiting for the real one to come. Now my **** amount has changed jumped from paying $386.19 to $1,554.64. Ive already paid almost $4,000 in total and it seems like they care more about the money than the quality of care. All while being hateful to me after having my mouth open in his chair for nearly 3 1/2 hours.
