  Beware ****** ********, the owner of Goody Garage Doors, previously Arizonas Best Garage Doors, does not stand behind the quality or workmanship of the garage doors he and his company install.The inability to measure the correct size door needed to replacement parts of poor quality have left us fit to be tied.

  Terrible customer service. They were suppose to order some parts, and get back to us, never did. I called them three times and never received a call back. When I finally got someone to answer my question as to where my parts were, he said "they are here" we can come out Tuesday morning to install. Tuesday came, same tech came out, did not have the parts and did not know why he was here! When we called to let the office know what happened they could have cared less. All they could say was "sorry about that". Offered no further assistance. Very odd.

  Very disappointed in their costumer service.We been waiting for our 3rd garage door for weeks and weeks and all we get is a run around. Never ever can get in touch with owner or have them return calls.

  This company charges labor based on the total time the technician is on site, rather than for the amount of time it took to complete the repair. Per ** Best Garage, the technician was on site for a total of 1 hour 12 minutes and I was charged for 2 hours of labor. The repair took a total of 45 minutes. At $105 per hour of labor, that is exorbitant, particularly when you consider they also charged a flat rate of $275 for the repair. The responsiveness, communication, and work were excellent. If only the price were reasonable, this company truly would be the best. After 3 calls to them, I've been credited $52.50 back. My repeated calls are because I strongly feel that an additional $52.50 should be credited back to me at a minimum, or better yet the true labor time should result in a credit of $78.75 back to me. They promise call backs after they pull their GPS records, but never do so. GPS records just inform them of when the tech was on site though. So, labor must cover the cost of the tech sitting in the car, preparing the invoice, collecting payment, arranging their next job, calling the next customer to inform them of their ETA??? Wish I had seen reviews that depicted the true story of this company, as I would not have used them.

  As a good will gesture we refunded 100% of the labor on this job. Customer only paid for the hung door and 2 rollers. Total collected on the job was $316. This is more of a misunderstanding and corrections were made to ensure there would be no issues like this moving forward. We are very big on customer satisfaction and doing the job to the best of our ability.
