I purchased a maintenance program and they proactively reached out to me to ensure I was scheduled prior to the busy season. They also informed me about a complimentary assessment of my water heater. The technician was polite, thorough and efficient. He showed pictures to help me understand my equipment and his assessment. I was very pleased and felt well taken care of and in good hands! I had two different appointments with Semper Fi on the same day. They were able to schedule both on the same day that really helped out. Both techs that came out were professional and polite. They completed their inspections in a timely manner. Before they started they both explained what they were going to do.
