Semper FI was on time, with a 30 minute call ahead to let me know they were on the way. Tech *** was very professional and polite. Talked with me about opportunities to improve my unit, without being pushy. Did not try to sell me things i did not need, was simply honest and understanding. I will be asking for him next time my unit needs service. I have dealt with several heating and cooling companies in the Valley, these people are simply the best, in my opinion.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

They came out to flush the water heater and while there checked the rest of the plumbing. Pointed out about three shut off valves that will need replaced at some point but said everything looked good. Very polite and friendly.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

Tech arrived for my bi-yearly service. He was very courteous and professional! He explained everything he saw and educated me about my HVAC system. Dependable company, courteous dispatchers, reasonable pricing, very good workmanship. Joined their maintenance program, which is reasonably priced. Very professional. Explained each step or problem with the system. Explained the different options, such as repairing the individual problems vs installing a new system and potential costs with both paths. ************** showed up on time and presented himself very well. took the time to explain everything he was doing and what & why he was checking. offered a couple of suggestions and gave a fair evaluation of what the cost would be. the contract is going to be only $12.00 a month with two full visits per year, to make sure we are ready for the weather changes. everyone can afford this. plus, there are some perks! discounts on other services they can provide, this is a good deal plus military discounts. sign me up!Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC
