**** responded to our house and was able to identify the problem and give a detailed explanation on the issue and what the plan would be. Not only was the quote good but it was half of 4 other local businesses. I would strongly recommend Sempe FI they were professional and beat out all other companies

I bought a new AC unit and it was the best price and the best warranty so I will never worry again. My electric bill went down with ****** reduction a month by putting the right size unit in. They were very courteous and understanding. They sent someone out the same night to try and get our AC/heating unit running.
