Appreciate the efforts by management to secure customer satisfaction. Had an HVAC and plumbing inspection completed. Both inspection were scheduled at the same time to minimize impact. The technicians were pleasant and seemed knowledgeable/competent. And my one plumbing concern was addressed on the spot. Management demonstrated that customers are a priority for their company.

I entered a contest received a free HVAC tune up . Very well presented that my unit was old and inefficient. Was given a quote not ready at this time . Last year I had it serviced by semper fi good company in my book .Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

Semper Fi is a great company. They deliver on what they say and their actions, they even schedule follow-*** 6 month after an AC changeout to make sure everything is still good, nothing loose or out of place. The technicians were all super friendly and knowledgeable and respected your property while performing a service call. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a customer oriented company to perform the work needed. When our AC went out in July 2023 it was on a Friday late, we called then first thing Sat morning and they were their and also provided a small temp AC to use in the bedroom until they could come on Monday morning.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC
