    Semper Fi quoted replacement needs/parts that are completely unnecessary! I had a second ********************************************* company come in and do the same preventive service on my hvac system that Semper Fi had done, they found everything that Semper Fi proposed did not need to be done! Semper Fi had quoted me 4 different options ranging from approximately $800 to $5000. To be clear the $5000 option did include add on service such as sealing unseen leaking in the ducts. But the absolute needed things to do would come to approximately $1600. I am glad I got a second opinion from a 2nd company. Semper Fi should be called out for this awful business practice!

    From the initial call for an estimate, to the first visit by an agent, to the final installation of our new unit, everyone was professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. We are confident we went with the right company.

    Except for the cancelation of the first installation appointment, everything was done professionally and quickly, so far the unit has worked perfectly fine except for the oil coating the heating coils that set off the smoke detectors in the house. I will need some more interaction with the service before determining if this will be my new go to company for my AC needs.

    Very personal on visit; explained in detail all that was going to be done and helped me understand the workings of my equipment as Ive never had air conditioning before. Diligently sold me on a few makes sense upgrades in a professional manor and worked a future maintenance plan to my schedule. Made sure full home was clean to satisfaction prior to leaving. Really enjoyed his professionalism.
