We called regarding an issue with a recently installed unit. The technician arrived within a day. He was very professional and fixed the problem within an hour. They have great customer service staff, service technician was outstanding explained everything that the installers were going to do. The installation crew did an excellent job. I cannot thank Semper Fi and ******************* enough for coming to our rescue when our AC went out. **** is a genius. He identified and fixed the problem quicker than I could have ever imagined. It was like magic! He also talked us through how an AC works, and how things could go wrong with age. In past experiences, people in the service industry just waned to sell me something and leave quickly. Not ****. He **** diagrams, used words I understood, and asked many time if I had questions and whats more, genuinely wanted me to be knowledgeable about my homes hvac. Buy something as expensive as an AC unit is nerve-wracking and **** really made us feel as ease with our purchase and valued as a customer.
