Explained need of new equipment in an easy to understand way. Used actual photos of equipment and made a drawing to explain how equipment works. Received discounts and credits when purchasing new equipment. Installers arrived on time and did an efficient job installing. Office responded promptly when message was left.

The scheduled service was a routine maintenace check to be sure our unit was ready for summer. This was free since our HVAC was installed about 6 months ago. The serviceman came within the promised time window and actually called when he was about an hour away to make sure the time was still OK. He took enough time to perform a good check on our unit even though it was new and needed nothing. He gave us friendly, professional and efficient service.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

The most professional tech's in the business.They really know there stuff and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. When I needed a service call, they were quick getting here, efficient and had all the parts on the truck. There follow up yearly visits give me confidence that my system is in good shape. We had a yearly AC service performed by Semper Fi Heating and Cooling yesterday. ****, the Semper Fi technician was very professional and extremely courteous during the entire process. He noticed a wire connecting the external compressor/condenser unit to power had some damage caused by electrical overstress/shorting and promptly replaced the wire with new wire and connectors. Very satisfied with ****'s courteous and professional demeanor and his attention to detail while performing the inspection.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

1. I feel like a valued client, having received excellent service this year.2. My questions have been answered intelligently and clearly.3. Technicians value my time... arriving on time and letting me know in advance if there must be a delay.4. There has never been a pressure sales to pay for extra service. 5. They offer to help in personal ways, to check my thermostat, suggest lower cost filters that would reduce strain on the **** unit.6. Phone calls from the office are always pleasant, trying to find a date for my service. I am glad they call to remind me.
