    Southwest legal associates in ****, *******, are robbing from something that was over 10 years old and that have take. $7,000 dollars from me

    I made two payments they only show one I would like a refund and someone to please check the way they charge fees due to the fact that I was charged over $600 in fees twice in the same year.

    Hello, I was improperly fined by my *** for violations that did not occur. I have repeatedly shown that these allegations are false and defamatory. However, the *** decided to hire the law firm, ************************************************ specifically *********************. This firm has tried collecting for these violations but will not provide me with a shred of proof. I have sought to remedy this amicably, however ****** continues to assert that no evidence is needed. This is malicious prosecution and they continue to refuse to get said evidence from their client.

    I have been paying on a judgement for *** since before December 2019. In my divorce, I obtained my residence, and I was struggling financially to support myself and 2 children. However, since Dec 2019, I have not missed a payment of ****** monthly. In December 2019, I received the only itemized statement and saw that I was being charged attorney fees every time I asked for a balance. I was advised since I came to an agreement, my home would not have a lien on it. However, my Legal Shield attorney advised in fact there is.On June 16, 2021, I reached out to Legal Shield, and they sent an email to Maxwell and Morgan requesting a satisfaction of judgement, a statement of payments due to our calculation being an overpayment. On June 29, 2021- I received a satisfaction of judgement from Maxwell and Morgan. I tried making my *** payment every month starting July 2021 but was advised by the *** manager I couldnt because the attorney would need to send the satisfaction of judgement. I emailed and called the *** manager every month and was told, Not worry about this because it is not my fault, I cant make payments. ***********************, from Maxwell and Morgan, called me April 2022 stating that *** fees were not completed. I shared the following with her:Shared satisfaction of judgement with her from Will N. on June 29, 2021 Sent all emails sent to president/manager of *** since July 2021 On April 8, 2022, *********************** sent me a Compromise and Release stating I owe $2, ****** and needed to respond within 7 days. I contacted my Legal Shield attorney and sent request via certified mail 4/13/22- No response Sent 2nd request certified mail 5/17/22- no response Below is the outreach I made to *********************** after my 2nd request was sent via certified mail and no response: I sent over 10 emails asking for a response from 5/31/2022- 8/17/2022. On 8/30/2022. Maxwell and Morgan sent a letter stating I owe over ***** in attorney fees.
