    HOA attorney, **** M *********, personally stated untrue legal advice to several homeowners in client HOA. This information would impact pending real estate transactions. When questioned, he argued w residents and exhibited buddying behavior. He wouldnt listen to others opinions.

    This is the worst ************** I have come across. They represent the *** in my community. The attorney they deal with is younger and has no clue. He and the practice are just as unethical as the ***** of ********* and ******************* None of them have morals or integrity. I have requested many of our associations documents and have seen the charges spent almost every month. Its ridiculous. The attorney obviously doesnt know ******* Law along with our ***** and ****************** because they violate it all the time.These people perceive things the way it will benefit them. Highly recommend NOT even looking at Morgan and Maxwell.
