      The doctor wrote a prescription that the insurance company would need a pre qualification to fill and I notified Valley Respiratory once they received the prescription. After a week went by I called to check on the progress and they informed me that they had not and would not contact the insurance company or my doctor and they had done nothing. They said I had to pay out of pocket and then deal with my insurance. I am asking my doctor if he can connect me with a different comnanv as these people will not work with my situation. I obviously don't recommend them to anyone. I would give them zero stars.A week ago the owner responded to my review on ****** and said We're disappointed to hear about your experience. I will have a member of our management team reach out to you.I have not heard anything from them.

      I took my CPAP machine in for repair in September 2023. Nine months later I still dont have it back. In October 2023 I called and they told me they would look into the matter and call me back. They never did. I waited a few weeks later, called again got the same story, and no call back. I waited another few weeks and then was told the unit or paperwork was lost and someone would call me back. Nobody did. I contacted them every three weeks getting the same cycle until I was told the machine was too expensive to repair and they could give me a new machine as my insurance covered it and someone would call me back. Nobody returned the call. It is July and I have called eight times with no call back. I am still using their loaner but that unit does not send breathing data to their website so my Pulmonologist can't check my stats. I never thought I would say this but the customer service is worse than the cable company.

      I've been waiting since June 26th to get a new CPAP machine through them. I did business with for years before the pandemic. I reached out to them because I needed a new machine. They initially told me all my orders were in "order" and someone would be reaching out to schedule an appt. for the machine. After waiting another week I finally called only to be told my sleep study wasn't adequate to fulfill the ******** requirements. I've asked for calls back from supervisors. Nothing. I think they must be under new ownership because this is not how it used to be. I'm so disappointed. I'm sorry I wasted my doctor's **** asking for the referrals.

      Valley Respiratory Service called me to reorder supplies. I talked with the rep and updated my medical provider. He listed the supplies I was eligible for, the mask he was sending was not the mask I use. I told him that, he said the mask I am using is not available any longer. He suggested a new mask for me. I did not know what the mask looked like or what other supplies he was ordering. He said that someone would call me back and get me information on the mask. I requested Valley Respiratory Services contact my health provider to see what I would be charged and call me for approval before sending equipment. No calls ever came just a email said it was sent. I called them back after receiving the email. They told me my insurance did not cover the equipment and I had to pay $294. I called my insurance company, Valley Respiratory Services is not a authorized supplier. They lied about contacting the insurance company and that they would call me before sending the equipment. This is a scam company, do not do business with them.

      I have been getting supplies from Valley Respiratory for years and when my doctor put in a new order for equipment. Every time I would call they would say well we have to wait to see if we have the order it will take a couple of days. I faxed the order to them over a week ago and they are just now responding to me. I had already sent them a message to disregard the order because I was able to send my order to cpap.com and order the same day and had the equipment the next day. CPAP.com gave me a price of $1,028.00 for the Air Mini Travel, new mask, hoses, next day delivery, travel hard case & the Lumen UV machine. Valley Respiratory is selling the the Air Mini alone for $1100.00. Really bad service Valley Respiratory!

      They keep sending me scam emails saying I owe them money when I have never dealt with this company and they are in a different country.

      I was a Practice Director for 10 yrs and have seen some pretty bad outfits but this one may take the big prize. Calls were not answered, wait time was ridiculous, and even when I got a real person, there was no resolution because all theyd do is take down the information. The Information went no where, no one called back, no solution was put forth, their escalation team was a joke. The person answered the phone had no idea how to answer questions. I have been trying to get my supplies for 6 months! And Im fully insured if that makes any difference. If theres a negative rating, thats what I would give them. I have no idea how they still stay in the business of providing essential medical supplies. Im calling my neurologist to request a different vendor. DONT USE THEM.

      I totally agree with all of the negative reviews! Long wait times on the phone and never a return call, can't get anyone to help. I've been trying for almost 2 months now. I have no idea how they stay in business??? I'm going to contact my doctor and request a different company for supplies.

      I have never had anyone anser the phone. They take a few days to a week to get back to me. They do not seem to provide any expert advise. One rep told me that they could look at my sleep data and make recommendations but when I asked for this I was told they don't do this. The only want to sell parts.

      I have left 3 messages since last Wednesday. It has been 5 days now and no one has returned my phone call which is supposed to be returned within one business day. When you do call there is always over a 25 minute wait or longer to speak with a customer service representative, This is positively the worst customer service I have ever encountered with any health service provider. I wouldn't even give this company one star if a had my choice.
