      Very poor customer service. Long hold times to speak with someone. Lengthy wait time for processing. And that is even before they get authorization from insurance. It started with a generic text message from them stating: "Valley Respiratory: Please reply 'Y' to receive general notifications and alerts. Reply 'N' to op out or Help for help. Msg & Data rates may apply." Can't call that number. Didn't even know they were going to contact me. Didn't ask permission. When I finally tracked down their contact information, I spent well over 15 minutes on hold, probably longer as the whole call was just under 28 minutes. When I advised the customer service person that their customer service was lacking, all they would say is "I am sorry that you feel that way."My opinion is to Stay away from them if you can.

      I totally agree with the all the negative statements. The "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is a joke. I'll not go into all of my complaints as I don't have the time and if these reviews are not read by the "BIG SHOTS" or the care as much as the non- existing customer service department follow up calls, why bother!Not accredited by BBB, wonder why????****************

      If I could give this business zero stars I would. I have experienced nothing but incompetence since I was referred here for a CPAP machine. My insurance company authorized the unit 3 days after I was referred, but it has been 4 and a half weeks, and I still do not have the unit. They constantly make excuses, and when they say they will notify me in ***** hours, I hear nothing for over a week. Most companies will not deal with insurance reimbursement for a CPAP machine, and only deal in cash purchase. To me, $1200 to have a unit in a reasonable timeframe might just be worth it. I have notified my insurance company of the poor service, and they are investigating to determine if they will continue to reimburse with this vendor.

      I would highly discourage anyone from becoming a client at Valley Respiratory Services. I would echo the many comments complaining about their lack of acceptable phone response. As an alternative I requested an in-person consultation to ask basic questions about my cpap usage after more than a year and a half of use. When I was called from my appointment, it was with ********* who said she was up from the ****** office. I mentioned that I was told I would meet with ******. No response. Nothing about her style was warm and inviting or even friendly. After the first question, she noted my iPhone on the desk between ** which was open to an audiobook I had been listening to in my car. She asked if I was recording her. I said "no." She let me know that recording her would not be allowed. I felt discounted and talked down to with each question I presented. One question was who was supposed to be monitoring my cpap data. She insisted is should be my primary care physician despite my explaining that the reason I was there today was because my PCP assured me that his not only DOES NOT monitor my data, nor is he qualified to do so. ********* insisted that he would have had to authorize my prescription. I asked if she had a record of that which she then looked up on the computer in front of her and found a doctor whose name I did not recognize. When pressed she asserted that it could have been the doctor on staff at Infinity Sleep Solutions who performed my sleep study. When I tried to get more information about that doctor, she shared that Infinity was no longer in business. When I asked how I continued to get supplies, she did not offer answer but suggested that I needed to get another doctor who could provide those services. I could go on and on about the answers or non-answers I received, but it would be pointless. The overall experience was hugely disappointing.

      **************** is nonexistent. They do NOT return phone calls at all. I have a broken machine. What am I supposed to do? How this company has been in business for 18 years is beyond me.
