      Here my opinion. I started my house purchase process on April 28, 2022. I give you all the necessary documentation. They ***** me pre-approval and we make an offer on a house. The offer was to close on July 15 at the request of the homeowners. I do the inspection, I pay them, I give the deposit and everything. On June 3 they ask me for a document from a bank, I give them everything requested except the document since they knew it would not arrive until September 2022. The Branch manager tells me that they will make other movements to verify the mortgage. They make their supplementary verification and request documentation of payments and I give them my last ****************************************************** for other documentation of my business according to them requested by the underwriter. I pay $700.00 dollars since they told me that they needed it immediately. I give you the document. After this, I only wait for the closing day, July 15, 2022. Days before the closing I did not hear anything from them, neither the Branch manager nor the loan processor. I talk to them early on Friday hoping they will tell me about the closure. My realtor told me that the branch manager told the realtor of the sale that he had to move for the closing next Monday, I will not give in to this unless my realtor begins to find out what is happening. The loan processor calls me Friday morning indicating that they are on vacation in *********** and that all that remains is to wait if other managers approve me for loans. At 4:35 pm he calls me at the loan processor telling me that the loan was not approved due to the document that I told them in April 2022 that it would not arrive until September.I had finished my rental contract on May 30, 2021 and since the branch manager always told me that the loan was being worked on, from May 30 to June 30, 2022 I paid 5 thousand dollars for an airbnb with my family, which cheaper in central florida , then from june 30 to july
