    I purchased a 2022 CAN-AM Maverick X3 Turbo RR DS from NASH Powersports Mesa on 05/06/2022. The purchase price was to be $25,999.00. After all the paperwork was done, my total came out to be $36,890.81. The vehicle had to be put together, so it was not ready until 05/18/2022. I picked it up just before the store closed on that day. I drove it home and, on the way, I noticed it felt unstable, pulled to the left and swayed all over the road. I took it back to **** told them of the issue. I told them it felt like it was not put together correctly in the front end. They told me to leave it for adjustments. I picked it back up and they said they made all the adjustments, and it was aligned. I drove it home and it still did not feel right. When I got home, I called **** and explained. The store is 30 miles away from my house and with the 3 trip back to them, the vehicle had 197 miles on it . I told ******, the ** that I wanted to bring it back for a refund and he told me since it had almost 200 miles on it, He would take it as a trade in but would only give me $19,000.00 for it. I needed to break in the motor before I really started to use this vehicle in the desert. I started on ******************* in ***********. I went up and down this road varying my spend and not going off trail. At 356 miles on the odometer, on a left-hand curve at 30mph and the right rear trailing arm failed bent. I called **** Powersports and told them of the damage. They said that they never heard of such a thing. I had it taken to them for repairs under warranty. They denied the warranty It cost me $4,202.18 to have it repaired and upgraded so it wouldn't happen again. I told them that I did not want this vehicle because it was not put together correctly, and things are happening due to that. It has been in their shop for almost 3 months of the seven months I have had it due to the issues caused by them not putting my vehicle together properly. Still in the shop now for the same thing 30 days now.
