I purchased a 2018 Can An Spyder privately in June 2023. Within 2 weeks it broke down and was towed in. They fixed a recall issue but the bike willl not go into gear. I have called them every week about the status and every week I get a different answer. It is now 2 1/2 months later and the are not returning my calls. I have contacted BRP for help. I want my bike fixed and want it back.

Called the location on Friday to see if I could sell them my bike. I live in ****** so I wanted to make sure I didnt waste my time. They said to bring it in to get the appraisal. I got an online quote for 4600-5500. I arrive at the location and prior to looking at the bike, they say the most they will give me is ****. I was okay with that amount. They inspected the bike and offered me $****. Pretty low, but I was still okay with that. After 3 hours of being there, I was ready to sign for ****. The manager came to me at the table and said that they dont want the bike and they are only willing to give me ****. At closing time this left me no other options to seek an appraisal. We had to go back to ****** and completely waste our day because **** Powersports chooses to do shady business. Do not recommend doing business with them. AEO is right up the street and deserve your business.
