      The transaction happened on 3/22/2025 I paid a total of $647.50 To load and move my furniture without damage to property or living space There was damage to my wall during the move and i spoke to the manager the same day of incident and he assured me they would repair my wall it's been over a month and still not repaired I've reached out several times and sometimes no answer or they say they will call back and don't I don't feel they have done anything to resolve the issue

      Provide 2 invoices that do not match up. Original invoice paid in full but they change pricing after service provided and charged my credit card more without my consent or approval. Then lied to me about the charges. See copies of invoices.

      We booked this company for our move and send a list along with photos of all the items that would be moved, as requested by the company so that they could bring an appropriately sized truck. They arrived at our house with a truck that was too small and I immediately emailed the office to let them know, and they assured me that they would be able to fit everything.Because they showed up with a truck that was too small. They ended up having to take multiple trips along with my husband, having to move alongside the movers the entire time when they told me that two movers would be sufficient. We were charge for multiple trips and many hours of moving when this job would have been done and half the amount of time and one trip if they had showed up with a truck, the appropriate size. On top of this once I talk to management they were only willing to refund me $100 if I Removed my reviews that I posted. The movers that were there also said that they were not there with the truck that they normally had. The manager that I spoke to at the company said that a truck broke down that morning so that was why they brought a truck that was too small. None of this was communicated to me when I emailed them and they acted like the truck was the right size. I would have rather them canceled my move and come the next day. Not to mention all of this happened when I had given birth the day before and I explained this to the company that we had two toddlers and a one day, old baby that we needed to get into the house And we had nowhere to go the entire day because of this issue. I cannot express how disrespectful and rude the manager was on the phone and doing business like this is highly disgusting. I emailed this company for six weeks nonstop trying to get someone to call me and the only time they did was when I filed a dispute with my credit card company, which I lost

      This business has contacted me 7 times in the last three days, calling me *******, about a move. I have never contacted this company. I block their number, so they use a different one. The same cycle occurs about once a month. Im tired of it. Its harassment.

      Hired moves to move me 3 miles down the road. Everything was fine until they put our beds bad together backward. They are still broken and cannot be assembled correctly, leaving pieces such as hanging shelves (attached to the bed frame) from being connected and leaving the beds unstable and constantly falling apart. The movers also couldn't fit in one of my couches. They left it placed against the rail (we were moving to the second floor) and it was a safety hazard as it could fall if moved or the rail broke. This is extremely worrying as our frames have broke in the middle of the night, causing the mattresses to fall to the ground. We have a cat that sleeps under the beds sometimes and it scares me that she will be injured. It took four days of phone calls and being yelled at for the manager to finally come and bring it inside. When the manager came with his brother, they ended up getting into a fight with our neighbor and cussing them out, making an awkward greeting to us as we were the ones joining the neighborhood and having to deal with the repercussions. Sad to think I left a 20% tip when the service was completed so dismally.

      We were moving and the movers broke a mirror that was a family heirloom. I let them know that it needs 2 people because it is heavy and he took it down by himself and broke it. He took a picture and told us to file a claim. He said he would give us the phone number and never did. We called them and they denied taking the picture and would not file a claim. They also broke my couch.it used to power recline but now it doesn't.
