      ****** and ***** helped out today.They both were awesome.. They actually moved a few items that were not requested and worked during this awful heat in AZ I would fully recommend them if you are moving.

      Reliable Movers quoted $9,800 with no hidden fees but changed the move date from Feb 27 to 28, requiring a new contract. I informed them of a 1010 storage unit, but the owners later denied it, despite movers asking for it upon arrival. The estimated hours quietly increased from 28 to 32, suggesting a bait-and-switch tactic.The 16 truck was too small, forcing belongings to be unloaded in a parking lot. Movers were inexperienced, broke a $5,000 couch, and damaged the apartment door. The company offered only $30 for the couch and $20 for the door, claiming better insurance should have been selectedthough no such option was offered.The unloading was delayed from noon to 8:30 PM, and the customer had to help unload to avoid extra fees. Despite promises of no hidden charges, an unauthorized $5,000 was charged to my card. Reviews reveal a pattern of delays, contract changes, and price increases after furniture is loaded.

      Do not use this company for moving. They pressure you into signing an electronic document that the move went fine even before they have completed the move and didn't let us inspect the truck to make sure they got everything. In the end they ended up losing some of our stuff that isn't replaceable. We filed a complaint and not one person apologized nor the company willing to compensate us some for our stuff. We even suspect that the movers were peaking through our stuff. The mover ****** is the worst. It's so bad he's willing to compete with the company he works for by having you call him directly to have your stuff moved the next time you need a mover. If you need a moving company look else where. This company has poor customer service, will refuse to return your call, and are unprofessional.

      I had the pleasure of having **** and **** help me move into our new home. They were fast, efficient, and professional. They didn't break a single item, and treated everything with care.
