    This moving company left dents and scratches on my walls and on my brand new Ashleys furniture, they broke a leg off my dresser, stained my couch. They refused to give me my money back at the very least and claimed the damages were already present, owner made me pay him through cash app and refused to take my credit card.

    If i could leave a negative 10 stars I would!These people are ridiculous! They showed up 3 hours late! ******, the owner called me on the way from Maricopa... saying HE was on his way but when the "movers" finally showed up it was 2 different guys. They both appeared to be high... not friendly at all and def had NO idea what they were even at my house for! When i went over each room and what was being moved I also explained to them that because they were so late I had to go to a commitment I couldnt get out of, which ****** said was preferred anyway so they could get in and out. When speaking with ****** about what needed to be moved he said 3.5 - 4 hours TOPS. Started a 6. around 9:45pm I stopped by the old house to see what was going on as nobody answered my calls. They STILL werent done loading. Keep in mind they were loading: 2 beds, 2 TV's, 3 dressers, 3 nights stands, A kitchen table and chairs, 2 sideboards, A bookcase, a small desk and a trash can. THATS IT! 4 hours??? Finally to my mew house at 10:30ish... All items in house were labeled which room to go to AND I sent a text with instructions to make sure to he number the mover gave me... when I got home just about everything that was supposed to go to 2nd and 3rd floor was piled up on FIRST FLOOR!!! With whatever they did move to second and third floor they scratched the walls and railings. They attempted to put my bed together but they screwed the screws in diagonally so it jacked up the frame and wasnt straight. Still isnt. The drawers to my dresser were off track and wrap still left on the furniture they bothered to wrap. My leather reclining sofa was left downstairs in box (This was already at new house they just needed to bring it upstairs) so obviously that is pretty heavy. After starting to work my way through the mess they left me.. i noticed damage to several pieces of furniture. I took pictures of all. When i called ****** and sent several texts WITH pictures I have been ignored. NO response whatsoever. Super frustrated and disgusted by the movers as well as the owner. Who the h*** does business like this???
