    These guys were beyond wonderful. They were on time, they worked efficiently, they were friendly and they were absolutely professional. As advertised, no hidden fees or charges, and they worked fast. This was the best experience with movers Ive ever had and Ill use them again next time I need to relocate. I recommend them 110%.

    I used this company twice. The first time went out without a hitch so I used them a second time. This time it was not very good. Showed up without bubble wrap. Employee told me the owner forgot to stock the trucks the night before.I thought the move went well. Took me a week or so to finally gets settled in. When I plug in my TV it no longer works. I contact the owner. He does not respond. I continue to try to contact him and he does not respond. Finally, he responds and tells me that he has 60 days from the day of my move to replace my TV. Well here it is 60 days after my move and I hate you will not respond to me in any way shape or form. I feel like he has taken advantage of a disabled senior citizen. I would not recommend this company and that is from somebody who's used them twice now.

    I was very reluctant to even leave 1 star since this company is NOT even deserving of it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This has been one of my biggest moving regrets and I have moved multiple times before. VERY unprofessional, extremely rude owner and he became verbally abusive (I have proof of this) when he was confronted about the damages to many of my personal items (pictures as proof). Similar experience shared like the other reviewers, " 3 movers" showed up in a U-Haul truck and seemed VERY inexperienced moving. I assisted ALOT negating the purpose of hiring/paying for movers. Within the first hour of moving they broke a bookshelf and tossed it into the garbage without informing me and when I confronted the movers they lied to me until I showed them the broken pieces and only then they "confessed." How they packed the truck made it even more obvious they did not care about safety and security of my belongings. Unpacking was just as horrific, with multiple items being thrown on the ground, boxed tossed, furniture damaged. Tried calling J***** and he got extremely defensive, rude and very unprofessional when this could have all been resolved had he shown some semblance of understanding and professionalism. He claimed I was trying to "rip him off." I just wanted the move to be over so I paid via credit card, he was adamant he wanted cash (I know why now) and I told him I am using my credit card, I don't carry cash. After the movers got paid and hurriedly left (said they had another job to go to) I was left to go rent a truck to complete the move by myself as they did NOT move everything. Many additional items were found broken, all pictured and documented and I tried contacting owner again to reach some form of compromise. I was meet with derogatory comments, belittlement and was told I was "cheap." I ended the communication there and will be taking this to the next level, that being LEGAL ACTION against this owner and his "company." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    This was the worst service I have recieved. They movers were late. When they came they had a U-Haul truck. It was two small and they said they did not have time to make a second trip. They did not offer to come back the next day. I had to spend over 24-hours completing move. I was told they could help with the last packing, but they said no. They said they were running late, and they rushed to move my items. They were not careful moving the furniture. I heard the dolly thumping down the stairs, because only one person moved the most of the furniture instead of having two people carry it downstairs. They completely damaged a bookcase by doing this. The person moving could not keep the bookcase on the dolly and it fell down the steps. One cabinet had the k**** broken off and lost.The movers were swearing the entire time. There attention was on what they were going to do after work. They do not accept credit cards. Had to use Zelle. The photos the company has posted does not reflect their company. I am wondering if the business has been sold to a new owner. Do not hire this company. Pay more for a professional company that will do the job correctly.
