    I emailed sales manager **** ****** on 2/21 and followed up on 2/26/25 however, i still not getting a written explanation. Selling cars at deceiving price and not disclosure car MSRP is **********'s the email i sent them:Dear ** ******,I recently purchased a 2024 Lexus GX 550 from Superstition Springs Lexus on 11/16/2024 and I would like clarification regarding the difference between the advertised price and the final selling price listed in my purchase agreement.The vehicle was originally advertised at $80,529 but my final purchase price reflects $92,995. Additionally, I noticed that a $7,995 protection package was added to the advertised price and another protection package of clear shield $2150 and Chrystaline Tint $599 was added to the selling price.Please provide a written response explaining:1. Why the final selling price differs from the advertised price.2. Whether the 2 protection packages were optional and why they were included.3. Any other charges that were applied to the final price.I would appreciate your prompt response as I am seeking to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Please reply to this email or contact me at *************. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your clarification.

    On January 12, 2025 I went in to seek a better option financially. I was pressured into making a decision that I really didn't want to. I contacted **** my sales *** to ask about reversing the deal. I was then put in an even worse situation. I feel as the guilt and pressure is at an extreme level. **** and I exchanged a few messages via text and **** "unsent" his messages as they were unprofessional. At this point I have a Range Rover, was put in an uncomfortable situation. I'm out $1000 in a down payment and I'm out my vehicle. I'd really like Lexus to do the right thing and give me back my ****

    Ordered a new Lexus RX on Dec. 7 from salesperson **************** and put a deposit of $3,000 down. A week later decided that we did not want. Our deposit is fully refundable and I have been calling, for weeks now, to have them credit our **************** which they have not done. They are not refusing to do so, they will just not do it.
