After an online inquiry about a car, the Online Sales Manager, ***, invited me to see it. Less than 10 minutes later, another man called me and told me that the car had actually sold the night prior. The dealership called me back and said that the financing fell through and so the car WAS available. I was there in less than 20 minutes. We test drove and I was ready to purchase. When we got back, a man came to inform us the car had sold while I was test driving.I called *** back after I left and his previously sweet tone turned **** and rude. They have no explanation for how this happened, or how it happened twice in an hour. He offered to find me another car in their "internal database" which he called back about 5 minutes later, offering me a lousy, noncomparable option. When I told him he had not even asked me what I was looking for, he was very condescending and said that he had "asked" (translation, "told") me that he was going to search for two specific make/model combinations for me. He must have assumed that as a woman, I would have no preference as to vehicle age, drive train, mileage, transmission, or features. He just kept talking over and talking down to me. I ended the call by telling him not to call me again. The "Customer Experience Manager" ******* reached out to me and we were just beginning a phone call when ***'s call interrupted. ******* told me to take ***'s call and he'd call me back. ******* never called back, despite me leaving a voicemail.****, the Sales Manager, called me and left a message, which I returned. He never took the call or called back multiple voicemails. The next day *****, the *** emailed. I tried to reply with details of my experience, and not surprisingly, that email was returned as undeliverable. Today I woke up to an email from ***, inviting me to view the full pricing details of the car.

I recently Purchased a 2006 *** M3 used, and was told vehicle passed smog, which they provided a copy of the smog paper work. I then found out battery was replaced, and caused Secondary air pump monitor not to be ready. I live in CA, and not able to register car due to the secondary air pump monitor. The dealer fought with me on reimbursing me on some smog repairs which was suggested to help the monitor reset. Unfortunately did not work, and I still can not get monitors to clear. I am stuck with a car after trading mines in to them, which I now can not register in **********. However the dealer paid me back for the smog repairs, unfortunately I can not register the car as the smog monitors will not clear. Very disappointed with Superstition Lexus, and my temp. registration expires in a week.
